According to P.M EXPRESS, Eloka left after complaining severally of being denied sex. He reportedly moved to Grace’s house at Abaranje in Ikotun area of Lagos.
Eloka had complained to some of his friends that his wife was too busy to give him attention and to satisfy him sexually which he had found in Grace who was said to have given him full attention.
Sources at the Ikotun Police Division where it was reported, said Chinyere had tried to use her police connection to bring back her husband but she was told by the police that it was purely a civil matter which the police had no power to treat.
However, some said Grace might have used love charms to hook Eloka who seemed to have abandoned his family completely.
P.M.EXPRESS contacted Grace to know why she chose to keep another woman’s husband in her house, and she said it was a choice Eloka made by himself and she was satisfied with his decision.
She denied that she used love charms on him but said Eloka entered into the relationship because he needed care and attention which she said she was out to give him.
Meanwhile, there were indications that there have been efforts by Eloka’s family to reach out to Grace for settlement so that Grace will leave Eloka and return to his wife and children.

128 Nigerians deported from Libya arrive Lagos
The deportees, comprising 126 male, two female, were flown back into the waiting hands of officers of the Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS), the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) and the Police.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that, two females and four male deportees had medical cases.
The Director General, NEMA, Alhaji Mustapha Maihaja, represented by Mr Suleiman Yakubu, Zonal Coordinator, South West, NEMA, used to occasion to counsel Nigerians not to be deceived by phantom promises in their quest for pastures.
He said that one of those who returned had sustained bullet injuries all over his body had been stretchered into a NEMA ambulance. Maihaja said the victim would be taken to the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) for proper medical attention.

3 policemen dismissed for robbing petrol tanker in Delta
Ibrahim said the dismissed policemen were also being prosecuted. He disclosed this in Asaba while presenting to newsmen the culprits alongside 21 other suspects who committed various crimes ranging from kidnapping, armed robbery, car snatching, cultism and murder.
He said that the dismissed policemen had served in three different places in Edo, Delta and Imo, and had connived with two civilians. The commissioner said that the two civilians had earlier been arrested, tried and sentenced to prison.
He said that the five-man gang confiscated the petroleum tanker which was carrying about 33, 000,000 liters of petrol along Agbor/Benin Expressway, tied up the driver and the conductor and took away the tanker, but that luck ran out of them.
He gave the names of the dismissed policemen as: Sgt. Christopher Onyegho (Ex-F/No.375631), Sgt. Nwakem Enonzim (Ex-F/No.413318) and Sgt. Michael Chimaera (Ex-F/No.441254).
“During my last briefing I informed you about the three serving policemen who were involved in robbing a Petroleum Tanker, and were undergoing department disciplinary measures. “The department proceeding has been completed and the policemen have been dismissed and arraigned in court for prosecution,” Ibrahim said.
He also said that the command had recovered several locally made guns, ammunition, a Sienna bus, and some cash from the 21 other suspects, adding that the culprits would be charged to court on conclusion of investigation.

Man Beats His Son To Death Over Stolen Belt
The prosecutor, Sgt. Duro Adekunle, told the court that the defendant committed the offence on July 31, at Abidogun Zone 7 area of Osogbo.
It was revealed that Adebayo beat his son Uthman Adebayo to death after the boy was said to have stolen a belt belonging to a neighbour.
He said the offence contravened Section 319(1) of the Criminal Code, Cap 34 Vol. 11 Laws of Osun, 2003.
Defence counsel, Mudashiru Balogun, prayed the court to grant his client bail on the most liberal terms.His plea was however denied.
The Magistrate, Mrs Fatimoh Sodamade, ordered remand of the defendant in police custody and amendment of the charge to reflect manslaughter as indicated by the DPP.

Man Faces 12,000 Years In Jail For Sexual 626 Crimes Against Daughter
A Malaysian man is at the moment facing 12,000 years in jail term after been charged with more than 600 sex assaults against his daughter.626 charges against the 36-year-old divorcee were finally read out on Thursday afternoon.with 599 been charges of sodomy against the 15-year-old girl, as well as counts of incest, rape and other sex crimes.
He remained calm while the charges were read in court and pleaded not guilty afterwards. The case is now going to trail.
“He faces a prison sentence of over 12,000 years,” Aimi Syazwani, a deputy public prosecutor, told AFP at a newly-established special court for sex crimes against children in the administrative capital Putrajaya.
For each charge of sodomy, the man can be punished with a maximum jail term of 20 years, as well as caning. He faces a rape charge that carries a maximum sentence of 20 years, and 30 other charges of sexual assault, each punishable by up to 20 years in jail.
Judge Yong Zarida Sazali denied the man bail after prosecutors warned there was a danger of him fleeing or intimidating witnesses.
The man, who sold investment products, was arrested on July 26 after the girl’s mother lodged a police report. The offences were allegedly committed between January and July this year when the daughter was living with her father.

Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God (2 Corinthians 5:20).
The Word of God describes us as “Christ’s ambassadors.” This means we’re officially appointed and designated as His legal representatives in the earth. We’ve been given the power of attorney to use the Name of Jesus. We act in His Name. When we affirm anything or make a decree in the Name of Jesus, it’s as though Jesus Himself decreed it. We speak for Him, or speak in His place, when we use the Name of Jesus.
Some people resort to begging with that Name, and that’s wrong. How can you beg using the greatest and most powerful name there is? The Name of Jesus is the biggest Name in all the universe, because it belongs to the One who has all power and authority. And He gave you His Name to live by.
Read Paul’s submission in Philippians 2:9-10, as he describes that Name: “Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth.” Don’t beg with that name or in that name; rather, make decrees.
Recall what Peter did with that name in Acts 3. He used it as an instrument against lameness and paralysis. He eyeballed a man who had been lame from birth and said, “…Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk” (Acts 3:6). This wasn’t prayer; Peter didn’t beg God to heal the man. What he did was to use the Name of Jesus as an instrument.
When you make demands on the basis of the instrumentality of the Name of Jesus, He sees to it that it happens (John 14:14). Use His Name to put the devil and his cohorts under your feet—where they belong. Use it to establish yourself in the triumphant life, in all-around success, health, prosperity, and joy. Use it to make your life glorious!

Mad Woman Arrested With ATM Card At Lagos Kidnapper's Den
An ATM card, loafs of bread were found in woman's bag, while the man, who had on a wig as disguise had some clothes in his bag.
The den, was uncovered around 8am on Tuesday after a highway sweeper alerted residents to the voice of a distressed woman in a drainage channel in the area.
It was reported that a crowd gathered around the two ends of the drains during which five persons came out through the channel. Two of them were set ablaze by a mob, while three others were rescued by the police. .
Clothes, slippers and bags believed to be effects of abductees, were found in the building. But the state Commissioner of Police, Fatai Owoseni, said it was too early to tag the building a kidnappers’ hideout, adding that “scientific investigations” would be carried out on the items.

Police arrest 77-year-old for raping step-granddaughter after she posted assault on snapchat
Police received a request to conduct a welfare check on the unidentified 20-year-old. When police arrived on the scene after 1 a.m., they found no problems, County Prosecutor James VanEerten told the Toledo Blade.
However, At 3:45 a.m., a resident of Texas contacted police again to say he saw video on Snapchat that appeared to show the 20-year-old being sexually assaulted. Once officers reviewed the video, they were able to identify and arrest Allen.
Allen was charged with rape after police reviewed evidence from the Snapchat post. Although the prosecutor said he is unsure why the victim made the video, he thinks she may have been trying to create a record of the assault.
“It's obviously horrific, but at least it allowed us to put a stop to the situation and make a quick arrest in this case,” VanEerten told the Toledo Blade.
The woman was evaluated at Firelands Regional Medical Center in Sandusky, he said. An Ottawa County Municipal Court judge set bond Wednesday for Allen at $1 million. He is incarcerated in the county jail.
