2015: Nollywood actor Kenneth Okonkwo joins politics, declares for House of Reps

Ahead of the 2015 general elections, veteran Nollywood Actor, Kenneth Okonkwo has joined the league of other entertainers currently eyeing various political offices.

The star Actor is seeking to represent Nsukka/ Igboeze South Federal Constituency at the National Assembly on the platform of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP). He made his intention known during  a media parley on Wednesday.

Okonkwo is a graduate of Business Administration from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in Enugu State and also Masters degree holder in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Lagos, Akoka.

The Nollywood pioneer rose to stardom as an actor in 1991 when he featured in the movie, Living in Bondage.

Kenneth, with his declaration, has joined other entertainers who had earlier declared to run for different offices in their respective states. They include; Kate Henshaw, Kenny Saint Best, 9ice,Tony Tetula, Julius Agwu, and Bob Manuel.

Tiwa Savage’s marriage allegedly hits the rock, sacks ‘TeeBillz’ as manager

We think Mavin records First Lady, Tiwa Savage and Tunji Balogun, her husband are presently experiencing marital crisis.

According to reports, the five months old wedding might be hitting the rocks soon but I pray it's not true.

Hip TV claims Tiwa sacked Tunji from being her manager recently, reporting that he is no longer in charge of her calls and he has also stopped accompanying her to events.  The report claims one of the event where it became obvious that all was not well between the two was the Africa unplugged event that took place recently in London. Report says they were not together at the event.

We are yet to confirm this story but promise to clear the air when something more tangible comes up.

KANYE WEST AND KIM KARDASHIAN BOOED AT PARIS FASHION WEEK

Kim and Kanye’s Fashion Week fiascos continue. The superstar couple was met with boos at the Lanvin show in Paris on Thursday.

They arrived to their seats after the show had started, which upset a couple people in the crowd. Kanye went on the defense and confronted the hecklers. He explained that they were not late and that Lanvin’s creative director, Alber Elbaz, had asked to see them backstage.

“Alber asked to see us. Don’t boo
us. We’re not late,” said Kanye.

Following Kim’s scary run-in with prankster Vitalii Sediuk, who almost
tackled her to the ground, the couple
has beefed up their security. 

In addition to riding in armored

vehicles, they have hired two additional teams of armed bodyguards to follow them during Fashion Week. Paris police say they will not take action against Sediuk after the attack.

Amber Rose Files For Divorce From Wiz & Asks For Full Custody of Child "See Court Video"

Amber Rose has filed for divorce from husband-of-1-year Wiz Khalifa  and she's gunning for full custody of their kid.

In the divorce docs obtained by TMZ Amber says they split on Monday and cites irreconcilable differences.

Amber is asking for full legal and physical custody of their 1-year-old son Sebastian. She's willing to give Wiz visitation.

Amber acknowledges there's a prenup, which you would think would work in Wiz's favor, but she says it's valid ... presumably, she's not challenging it. The docs say the prenup provides spousal support.

As for why they split, there's been a buzz over the last few days of infidelity, but there's no mention of it in the papers.

Sources connected with the couple say the split is bitter.
