Some of the photos that are circulating in the media are photos taken of me while I was at work in my night club while others are the works of photographers who choose to take pictures of me from bad angles and make me look ridiculous”, she told Showbiz at her Aphrodisiac Nite Club last Monday.
“Every job has its dress code. I run a night club and you know what that means…

I'll Leave This Earth As A 'Never Married' Woman - Oprah Winfrey
59-year-old TV legend/actress, Oprah Winifred who has been dating 62-year-old Stedman Graham for nearly 30years said she's sure she will leave the world as a woman who 'never got married'.
The Billionaire mogul when asked if she will leave this earth as a never-married woman said:
“Yes, “Yeah, I think that’s my final answer.”
“I think that it’s interesting that you would ask it because I thought about it again at Tina Turner’s wedding,” Oprah revealed, referring to the singer’s July nuptials.
“Because Tina was like, ‘Oprah, you need to do this. You need to do it,’” she continued. “And I was just thinking, ‘Well, OK, would things really be different?’ And no, I don’t think so.”
“If you ever interviewed him, he would tell you that had we married, we would not be together today,” Oprah said candidly of Stedman. “Because he’s a traditional man and this is a very untraditional relationship. And I think it’s acceptable as a relationship, but if I had the title ‘wife,’ I think there would be other expectations for what a wife is and what a wife does.

On the Facebook page of the group known as the National Association of Unemployed Graduates, the youths said the initiative was set up to solve the unemployment menace in the country.
A message on the group’s Facebook page said their forming the association became imperative as the menace of “unemployment was biting hard.”
According to them, inspite of their various ethnic backgrounds, they are united in the fight against unemployment.
They lamented the situation where applicants who were merely trying to survive were forced to part with money to secure employment forms.
The youth, who hold regular discussions and chats on Facebook, Twitter and on an online forum, nairaland.com said they were determined to address the socio-economic imbalances for which the unemployed Nigerian graduates are victims.
Members of the association on Facebook as of yesterday were 801 in number.
One Amobi Omekwu, who is a member of the group in a post on the Facebook page said, “I’m not into this struggle because I want the government to employ me. No! I might never be a direct beneficiary of the benefits. I only see a society where there is need for education; a society that rewards hard work and education; a society where employers do not lay ambush and pay graduates stipends.
“A society where graduates are entrepreneurs by choice; a society where graduates are respected, where everybody feels a measure of joy because things have taken shape. That society is the New Nigeria. Let us all join hands in this struggle which is a collective effort.”

Angry Arik Air Passengers Block Abuja Airport Runway
Angry passengers yesterday evening Thursday September 26th blocked the runway of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, preventing planes from taking-off or landing.
The passengers, who disembarked from an Arik Air flight, blocked the Abuja runway because the flight they took from Abuja to Calabar was not allowed to land in Calabar around 5.30pm for safety reasons - the runway lightening was poor, forcing the pilot to return the passengers to Abuja.
The passengers now felt the best way to express their anger was to prevent other planes from taking off or landing at the Abuja airport.
Arik Air spokesperson, Mr. Adebanji Ola, said that it was not the airline's fault that the Calabar airport was closed by the time the flight from Abuja got there.
He said,
“The flight was delayed because there was Very Important Personality movement and there was also some weather issues, it is not the fault of the airline that the plane could not land there. We are amazed that despite the security at the Abuja airport, passengers were still able to hijack the aircraft and hold other planes to ransom, that should not be the case.”

“Before the split of Mo’Hits, it used to be D’Banj. When D’Banj was charging between N7 and N8 million, P-Square’s fee was N5 million”, a veteran music manager affirmed, adding, “Right now, it’s P-Square.”
The afro-pop king, 2Face Idibia is the third highest paid. Although, 2Face’s performance fee has not been consistent, it’s within N5 and N6 million.
Industry sources told ENCOMIUM Weekly that 2Baba, as he’s fondly addressed, easily adjust fees because of the love he has for fans. “I agreed that he’s the third because he loves what he knows how to do best than the money. He’s man of the people and he loves to reach out to the people. He’s always happy when he’s on stage.”
Star Boyz owner, Wizkid, who stormed the industry three years ago, rose to become the fourth highest paid music star, collecting between N4 and N5 million. The likes of Kukere crooner, Iyanya, Davido, Wande Coal and Tiwa Savage are in the league of artistes that go for N2.5 million, while D’Prince, Dr.Sid and one time highest earning artiste, 9ice collect N2 million respectively.

Some people would call for reduction simply because they are individuals, not brands. It depends on the artistes whether to accept or not. What I know is that it’s always fixed”, said an artiste manager.
