Court sentences Boston bomber Tsarnaev to death

New report has it that a US jury has decided Dzhokhar Tsarnaev should die for his role in the Boston marathon bombing in April 2013.

The sentence on Friday came after 14 hours of deliberations on whether Tsarnaev, who was a teenager when he carried out the attacks with his elder brother Tamerlan, should be imprisoned for the rest of his life or be executed.

The 21-year-old did not react when the sentence was read out, the Associated Press news agency reported. Tsarnaev was convicted last month of all 30 federal charges against him, 17 of which carried the possibility of the death penalty.

Three people were killed and more than 260 were injured when two pressure-cooker bombs packed with shrapnel exploded near the marathon finish line on April 15, 2013. Dzhokar and Tamerlan
also killed a Massachusetts Institute of Technology police officer days later.

Tsarnaev’s lawyer, Judy Clarke, admitted from the beginning that he participated in the bombings, bluntly telling jurors in her opening statement: “It was him.”

But the defence sought to show that most of the blame for the attack fell on his older brother, who wanted to punish the US for its actions in Muslim countries. They said Dzhokhar was an impressionable 19-year-old who fell under the influence of a brother he admired.

Prosecutors portrayed Tsarnaev as an equal partner in the attack, saying he was so heartless he put a bomb behind a group of children, killing an 8-year-old boy.

Breaking: Egypt’s former President bags death sentence

An Egyptian court has sentenced the ousted president, Mohamed Morsi to death for his partbin a mass jailbreak in 2011.

The verdict, which was passed by Judge Shaaban el-Shami, was announced today, May 16, 2015 in a Cairo court where Morsi was also facing charges of espionage. As is customary in passing capital punishment, the death sentence
on Morsi and more than 100 others will be referred to the country’s top Muslim theologian, or mufti, for his non-binding opinion.

Morsi, Egypt’s first freely elected president, was ousted by the military in July 2013 after days of mass street protests by Egyptians demanding his removal because of his divisive policies.

Tyga Allegedly Racked Up $10,000 In Fines For Excessive Parties

The Calabasas adventures of Tyga continue today, with more house trouble rearing its head.

TMZ reports that Tyga's neighbors are becoming frustrated with his incessant partying. TMZ alleges that T-Raww has racked up numerous fines ($10,000 worth to be specific) for disturbing the neighborhood with his house parties, and thus breaking the rules of the Home Owners Association.

Apparently he's paid out some of the fines, but not enough for the HOA. They've reportedly banned him from common areas in his development,
The Oaks.

Nonetheless, since Tyga is actually renting his home, it's his landlord who is really on the hook here.

Tyga recently called out TMZ on twitter for posting "fabricated" stories about his landlord situation. We'll have to see if he calls them out on this one too.

Amber Rose May Be Getting A TV Show

On the heels of news that Lil Kim is getting her very own reality TV show, it looks like another famous female is following suit.

Amber Rose took to Instagram to tease fans with a picture of what appears to be a television set, although it's unclear from just one photo whether it would be reality TV like her sparring partners the Kardashians, or a talk show. The photo seems to allude to a talk show set rather than reality TV.

Peep the all-pink in the gallery below. Amber Rose, ever aware of all her haters, captioned the picture, "Muva just givin u trolls something else to hate on #HoesBeWinning."

Luxemburg Prime Minister weds gay lover (Photos)

This union now makes him first European Union leader and the second in the world to enter into a same-sex union. Bettel is only the second in the world after Iceland's prime minister Johanna Sigurdardottir, who married her writer partner in 2010.

Bettel tied the knot with Gauthier Destenay, a Belgian architect. The prime minister, wearing a navy blue suit, and his partner, dressed in a dark grey suit, held hands as they arrived for the low key ceremony at the Luxembourg town hall, where around 100 well-wishers applauded them.

""I wish for everybody to be as happy as I am, thank you to the Luxembourg people and to everyone, I do not make any distinctions, thank you," Bettel
said after the ceremony, as the crowd threw rice and confetti over the happy couple.

So, congratulations to them..yeah? More Pictures below;
