Two Kenyan Men Agree To Marry Same Woman!

According to a BBC REPORT Two Kenyan men have signed an agreement to "marry" the same woman, reports say.

The woman had been having affairs with both men for more than four years and apparently refused to choose between them.
The agreement sets out a rota for Sylvester Mwendwa and Elijah Kimani to stay in her house and states they will both help raise any children she bears.

Lawyers said their "marriage" would be legally recognised if they could prove polyandry was part of their custom.
Mr Mwendwa and Mr Kimani drafted the agreement after realising they had both been having an affair with the woman in Mombasa County for more than four years, the local Daily Nation newspaper reports.

Community policing officer Adhalah Abdulrahman persuaded the two men to marry the woman after he saw them fighting over her, it reports.
"We have agreed that from today we will not threaten or have jealous feelings because of our wife, who says she's not ready to let go of any of us," the agreement says, Kenya's NTV station reports.

"Each one will respect the day set aside for him. We agree to love each other and live peacefully. No-one has forced us to make this agreement," it adds.

Mr Mwenda said her parents had given their blessing, while he is planning to pay the bride price.
The woman, a widow with two children, did not want to be named.

Kenyan family lawyer Judy Thongori told the Daily Nation that the law does not explicitly forbid polyandry - a woman having more than one husband.

"The laws we have do not talk about it but for such a union to be recognised in Kenya, it has to be either under the statutory law or as customary marriage. The question we should ask now is whether these people come from communities that have been practising polyandry," she is quoted as saying.

Polygamous marriages often take place in Kenya, but wife-sharing is unheard of, correspondents say.

J.Martins Blasts Wizkid For Being Proud And Arrogant To His Loyal Fans

J.martins in a recent interview on Hot Fm 98.3 Abuja reacted to Wizkid’s outburst after he (Wizkid) was told by a fan he needed to go back to school for his poor use of tenses. Wizkid had lashed back calling the writer a ‘broke fan’
J Martins on the show said ‘I’m not taking any side, don’t mean no beef, no disrespect, and no hate but let the truth be told. I don’t believe because you feel you have a few change you didn’t have a few years ago and which you cannot guarantee having in a few years to come then you wake up and look at those people who have cheered you up, loved you, supported your music, bought your CD’s, prayed for you, just because you can lay your hands on some phone and you call them ‘poor’. Am not in and will never be in support of anyone who has such bad attitude.

“It needs to be corrected, we owe our fans the duty of being good examples that’s why they hold us in high esteem, that’s why you are a role model and if you know you cannot be a good role model you have no business in Music. You don’t know if it’s that person that might help you tomorrow, whoever does that should be checked.

“You have to decide why you are in the music industry. If you know you cannot be a role model then you have no business being there”

Wizkid had written “Broke people always think they have an opinion” to a fan on his instagram page, after erroneously typing ‘i have an hangover’ just as he was about to perform at a wedding ceremony, leading to this fan to reply ‘you see why you have to go back to school’

Wizkid had been immediately immersed in retaliatory tweets from angry fans as soon the instagram exchange went viral. J.Martins is the first celebrity to make his comments on the issue.

Leaked Photos: iPhone 5S & iPhone 5C

An early abundance of leaks shows us what Apple has planned weeks before it’s expected to officially release new iPhones.

The normal hype and buildup ahead of a new iPhone release, which is typically punctuated by a painfully slow trickle of leaks that accelerate as Apple’s big media event nears, seems to be reaching a crescendo a little early this time around.

We’re still two and a half weeks off from Apple’s expected unveiling of an iPhone 5S and lower-cost iPhone 5C — Apple hasn’t even confirmed the September 10 event — and yet I’m already gasping for air amid a deluge of leaked pictures of both devices.

Many of the images come courtesy of one man, the increasingly prolific Apple leaker, Sonny dickson. Based in Australia, it would seem that dickson has some very helpful contacts in Apple’s Asian supply chain. We used to see what dickson got his hands on primarily through Twitter, but this year it’s his Web site that has become the repository of iLeaks.

The above shot of the presumed champagne-colored iPhone 5S next to a light blue iPhone 5C comes from a single gallery posted Friday that gives us a good look at the new housing and a number of components. dickson’s site also houses more photos, videos, and “hands-on” content with several other iPhone parts and rear casings in a rainbow of colors.

Of course, what we’ve yet to see is a fully operational new iPhone 5S or iPhone 5C running iOS 7, so perhaps there’s still some more exciting last-minute leaks to look forward to. Or, I suppose we could just wait and see what Apple has to say on September 10.

Japan Woman Kills Cheating Husband With Coffee Cup

A Japanese housewife battered her septuagenarian husband to death with a coffee cup after discovering he was cheating on her, reports said Monday.

The 61-year-old woman allegedly attacked her partner after learning of his affair, battering him repeatedly about the face and head with the mug at their home south west of Tokyo on Sunday afternoon, the Asahi Shimbun and other media reported.

Yasuo Hirose, a 70-year-old honorary professor with Yokohama National University, was taken to hospital but later confirmed dead.

“He had an affair with a woman I hate,” Emiko Hirose told police, according to the reports. “I went mad and hit him more than 10 times with a cup.”

The wife has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, reports said. Immediate confirmation was not available.

Men Arrested for taking pictures in Nigeria

india flagThe police in Abuja on Saturday arrested and temporarily detained  two foreigners for suspected terrorism.
The two foreigners, a Lebanese and an Indian were arrested for taking photographs of strategic public facilities while driving in a car.
The Indian was driving while his Lebanese counterpart was taking the photographs of public buildings, bridges and streets.
Among the photographs found in the camera of the Lebanese were that of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Finance.
A police officer, whose identity could not be immediately ascertained, had accosted the foreigners  and pursued them in his car to the Total Filling Station opposite Force Headquarters, where they were eventually apprehended.
From the argument between the police and the suspected terrorists, it was revealed that the foreigners refused to stop when they were told to do so.
In a bid to escape, the fleeing suspects beat the traffic light at the Force Headquarters Junction from the Ministry of Finance until they were blocked at the Total Filling Station about 50 metres from the Force Headquarters.
When accosted by the policeman, the Lebanese who had his passport on him, said he worked in a furniture firm in Lagos.
It was gathered that the Indian was not carrying his passport as at the time of the incident.
The Force Public Relations Officer, Frank Mba, confirmed that the two foreigners were held and later released after the police had profiled them and found that they meant no harm.
According to him, the Indian, who lived in Ibadan, had visited his Lebanese friend in Abuja and both of them were driving around the city taking pictures for fun.
“The two foreigners were released because we found out after profiling them  that there was no reason to detain them. The Indian had never visited Abuja before and so, he decided to take pictures of buildings and places he found interesting; he meant no harm,” Mba explained.

Shocking News: Mother who married her son, she is now 6 months pregnant

A woman and her son have done the unthinkable – they have fallen in love with one another. And now they want to marry since the mom, Betty Mbereko from Mwenezi in Masvingo, is six months pregnant and expecting her son’s child.

Mbereko (40), who was widowed 12 years ago, has been cohabiting with her first child, Farai Mbereko (23). She confirms that she is six month pregnant and that she has decided it is better to “marry” her son because she does not want to marry her late husband’s young brothers, whom she says are coveting her.
Betty stunned a village court last week when she said the affair with her son had begun three years earlier. She said after spending a lot of money sending Farai to school following the death of her husband, she felt she had a right to his money and no other woman was entitled to it.
“Look, I strove alone to send my son to school and no one helped me. Now you see that my son is working and you accuse me of doing something wrong. “Let me enjoy the products of my sweat,” she told the village court.
Farai said he was more than prepared to marry his mother and would pay off the ilobola balance his father had left unpaid to his grandparents. “I know my father died before he finished paying the bride price and I am prepared to pay it off,” he said.
“It is better to publicise what is happening because people should know that I am the one who made my mother pregnant. Otherwise they will accuse her of promiscuity.”
But local headman Nathan Muputirwa says: “We cannot allow this to happen in our village, mashura chaiwo aya, (This is a bad omen indeed). In the past they would have to be killed but today we cannot do it because we are afraid of the police.” He warned them to break off their marriage or leave his village.

They chose the latter and have left the village for an unknown destination.

I’m Pregnant for My Mother’s New Husband ––Big Girl Opens Up

Nancy’s father died in a ghastly motor accident when she was barely two months old. His photographs were always with her but she never knew him. She prodded her mother endlessly to tell her stories about her father and was never tired hearing the same thing over and again.

Anytime she saw her friends with their fathers, she was sad and longed for that person she
could refer to as a father. Along the line, she gained admission into a polytechnic to study accountancy.

As a first year diploma student of accountancy:
She became really close to Ahmed, a final year HND student of the same department. They were from the same tribe and spoke the same language. Being a fresher who was largely ignorant about her surroundings and the way things worked, she found succour in him, who was only too glad to provide a shoulder for her to lean on.

While Nancy saw in him a guardian, Ahmed saw in her, a prey he couldn’t wait to feast on. He slept with her and deceived her into thinking that he cared very much about her.

Shortly before he graduated, he pledged his undying love for her and she believed him. Unfortunately, whatever existed between them both ended as soon as he left. Try as she could, nothing could be done about restoring their relationship. He had moved on with another woman.

She picked up the pieces of her life and moved on. Not too long after, she met Lawrence, an older student in the same polytechnic.

He was contented remaining her very good friend, offering her succour and advice when needed but Nancy wanted more. She loved his disposition and wanted him for keeps. With time, she won him over and like her previous relationship, it ended same way.

Again, she moved on. By the time she began making plans to start her internship; her mother had found love with a well-known business man, Igwe Albert, who married her as his second wife.

Naturally, Nancy became his step daughter. Igwe ensured that his new wife was happy—he set her up in business, got her a good apartment and a car. He also ensured that his step daughter lacked nothing.

He even urged her to have her internship in the accounts department of his company. Seeing how well she did her job and even helping to reduce his overhead cost, he came to appreciate her and showered her with praises and gifts.

It soon got to a point where she stayed back after most of the workers have closed for the day, balancing the books. On such occasions, Igwe would stay back to keep her company and related with her the way a father would with a daughter.

Nancy appreciated this kind gesture and quickly warmed up to him. She was glad to have found a real father figure at last!

One evening, when they were relating as usual, their discussion soon became raunchy and they had sex in the office! She felt bad that she had betrayed her mother.

“I don’t want you to tell your mother about what happened tonight,” Igwe said and signed a cheque of N2m in her name. She didn’t believe he could be this generous and thought this could be the last intimate moment they would share together.

But it wasn’t. Igwe kept coming for her and so were the gifts and money. Her initial fear was erased. Nancy relaxed and went full throttle with him. Not even the mother suspected anything because she believed her husband was taking care of her daughter.

Three months after, she became pregnant and her mother and the first wife soon found out. But Nancy refused an abortion.

“Mother, do you remember what the prophet you took me to when I was 18 years old said?” Nancy asked her mother. Her mother had taken her to a prophet for prayers when she suffered from a strange ailment and medical help failed. Nancy was prayed for and she got better. The prophet warned her mother that the girl must never have an abortion, if she did, she would die!

“So, you are going to keep the pregnancy and marry my husband?” her mother said despitefully.

“Nancy, the prophecy was five years ago and it was because of your illness. You must go for an abortion.”

Surprisingly, even Igwe sits on the fence about it and told mother and daughter to take the decision they felt was the best for them.

But both Nancy’s mother and his first wife are set for battle. They asked that the pregnancy be terminated.
