Alert: Passenger slumps, Dies At Lagos Airport

According to punch, there was confusion at the Arrival Hall of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport on Monday, as a passenger slumped and died.

Sources at the airport told punch correspondent that the passenger slumped in front of the Port Health Services office, while waiting to collect his vaccination card, usually known as Yellow Card.
Some staff and passengers fled the scene following the man’s collapse, as they feared he was infected with the deadly Ebola Virus Disease.

His body was covered with an orange-coloured cloth and left unattended to by the office. However, the area was barricaded to forestall people coming there, as people were redirected to pass other routes.

Punch correspondent gathered that the dead man was supposed to fly to Ghana for medical check-up when he suddenly collapsed at the airport and died. It was also gathered that the passenger, who was of middle age, may be of Igbo origin. A lady that was seen accompanying him before his sudden death was seen making calls to their relatives in Igbo language, telling them what happened.

The sad incident, which happened at the arrival floor, set fear in the spine of passengers and other airport officials that witnessed what happened. The female relative of the dead man, who was crying, was quoted as saying, “Ceekay, please get up; Ceekay, please get up”.

Meanwhile, a statement later released by the General Manager, Corporate Communications of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, Mr. Yakubu Dati, gave the late passenger’s name as Mr. Akunne Osei.

It noted that the deceased was tested for the Ebola virus and the result later came in negative.

Popular Fashion Designer Blasts Chika Ike For Copying Kim kardashian

Controversial fashion designer, Emmy Collins, who is popularly known for always criticizing celebs and their fashion sense has decided to come down hard on Chika Ike for her Kim K look-alike pose.

About a week ago, the sexy Nigerian actress did a photo-shoot which was similar to that of her idol, Kim kardashian. Chika dressed like Kim  and she did the same pose, which left many of us wondering what she is up to.

Well, the controversial fashion designer, took a hot swipe at her, describing the photo-shoot as ‘puke inducing’.

According to him, the actress gives him the heebie-jeebies with her low quality and meaningless shoots.

Emmy said: “We really need to simmer down on this ‘shoot attack’ engulfing the creative industry. What is this shoot about?Do we really have a creative industry? When people simply replicate others, is that really creativity? It is accepted to be inspired by others but never copy them!
“I`m about to launch an appeal to force her to spare us, ok, me these shoots or at least forward warnings so those of us with weak stomach can scamper out of town before she launches her “photo shoot” attack.”

Funny enough, this is not the first time Emmy Collins would be blasting Chika Ike.

Late Kefee’s Husband Finally Speaks About Her Death

Teddy Don Momoh has finally granted an interview on the demise of his wife and Gospel singer, Kefee. Teddy in an interview with Encomium magazine talks about their last moments together  and her uncompleted project.

He said: “I can’t say I am going to miss her because there are uncountable things to miss. She was a complete, Godly, highly intelligent and strong woman. All these I will miss and also not having her by my side forever. She was a woman that knew what to say to me to keep me fired up.

The last memories we had together were shared between Nigeria and America. We shot our first video together here in Nigeria as certified video producers and directors. It was fun to see her contribute highly and creatively in the camera positioning and I told her ” You are what the industry has been waiting for”. This happened a day before she traveled back to America”.
