BREAKING: Don Jazzy to produce tracks for D’banj’s10th anniversary album

Wow I am very happy with what I just heard. According NET, Don Jazzy and his former colleague, D'banj are working together again.

Ok guys, I am gonna show you all how the news was reported, no need for long grammar.

Two years ago, arguably Nigeria’s best music partnership crashed irrevocably when Don Jazzy and his long-term partner, D’banj decided to go their separate ways in acrimonious circumstances.

Since the controversial break-up, fans of the two music stars, who have both established new labels and made new friends but with contrasting fortunes, have been left wondering if a reunion is ever possible between the self- styled Kokomaster and producer, Don Jazzy.

We can tell you there is some good news regarding that as a soft re-union is in the offing. D’banj, who is currently in Los Angeles, spoke with Beat FM presenters, Olisa Adibua and Maria Okan via telephone today, confirmed that Don
Jazzy is producing some songs for him.

According to D’banj: ‘Ten years ago, October 4, 2004 to be precise, I got on stage to perform for the first time and now ten years later D’banj has become a brand. Don Jazzy worked with me from the beginning and I can tell you for sure that my 10 anniversary album will drop soon and there are many producers on it, including Don Jazzy.’

It would be recalled that the two, born as Dapo Daniel Oyebanjo and Michael Collins Ajereh, were responsible for the establishment of Mo’Hits Records, one of Nigeria’s most active labels this decade, founded in 2004 with D’banj as its first recording artist and Don Jazzy as CEO/President with other artists including Wande Coal, Dr SID, D’Prince and K-Switch.

Growing in spread and strength, Mo’ Hits conquered the Nigerian music scene in no time, with several awards, performance deals and endorsements to show for the achievements until April 2012 when it all ended in a bitter feud between two of the most relevant figures in the Nigerian entertainment industry.

In a new interview with Vibe Magazine , rapper Tyga slammed his label Young Money and his other label mate, Drake. He doesn't like Drake and he made his feelings known. 

Tyga said;

"I’m tryna’ go independent. I don’t really get along with Drake. I don’t really get along with Nicki. I don't like Drake as a person. He’s just fake to me. I like his music; you know what I’m saying? I think his music is good, but we’re all different people. We were forced together and it was kinda like we were forcing relationships together. It is what it is."

Ebola: New York Doctor Tests Positive For Ebola

A New York City doctor tested
positive to Ebola after volunteering in West Africa. Right now, Health officials face the challenge of deciding how wide a net to cast for his possible contacts in the largest, most crowded city in the United States.

Dr Craig Spencer, an emergency doctor who was working with Doctors Without Borders in Ebola-stricken Guinea earlier this month, returned to the city last Friday. Since then, city officials say, he visited a city park, had a meal at a restaurant, visited a Brooklyn bowling alley, took at least three subway trains and went for a 4.8km run.

A New York health official involved in the case told Reuters that the focus will be on finding people who have had close contact with Spencer.

Dr Mary Travis Bassett, the city's health commissioner, said at a press conference that Spencer had only come in close contact with two friends and his fiancée, all of whom seemed fine but had now been quarantined.
