Burna Boy Dives Into The Crowd @ The #StarMusicTrek Lagos Finale Concert |Peek

The patoi /dancehall act, Burna Boy killed the show with his wow performance @ the  Lagos finale of #Star Music Trek 2015 as he carried the crowd along throughout his 40-minute performance.

And unexpectedly when he got to the track ‘Run my race’, you need to see the dive he did into the thrilled crowd and ofcourse they didn’t dissapoint him, instead they  held him upward as he performed the ‘Run My Race’ track.

The finale held at Gbagada Open Field and also featured performances from Pepenazi, 2Face, Sound Sultan, Immaculate, MI, Joe El, Cynthia Morgan, Seyi Shay, Young Grey C, Runtown, Sean Tizzle, DJ Xclusive amongst others….

Will Smith To Play Nigeria Doctor In ‘CONCUSSION’ Movie

Concussion is based on the real-life story of Nigerian-American, Dr. Bennet Ifekandu Omalu.

Dr. Omalu is very important in the world of sports.

He discovered brain disease that happens when you gets repeatedly clatter around in your skull violently enough that your brain begins to degenerate and named it Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE).

The doctor discovered the disease in American football players and was tried to fall silent by the NFL.

The film is set to be released on December 25, 2015, and with an A-lister like Will Smith playing the lead role.

This has continued to be a great bone of contention within the NFL, it hopefully will draw attention to the link between the football head injuries and early onset of dementia that could lead to death.

There are strong hopes that this shocking film will get people talking.

OJB Jezreel Clears The Air About Wizkid’s Success Story

OJB Jezreel has come out to clear the air on the recent trending gist about his discovering Wizkid, because it appears there is a mis-interpretation about his Wizkid’s success story. 

According to an exclusive talks with Cable entertainment channel Hip TV, the ‘African Queen‘ producer OJB clarifies his statement. “What I asked was whether I feel regret that Wizkid didn’t blow under me and I explained to the person I have no little regret at all. I mean Harrysong was with Question Mark for years and you cannot tell me Question Mark did not invest into him but hey nothing came out of it” OJB Jezreel told Hip TV.

 “I just saw the titled coined ‘I discovered Wizkid’. Well in the career of Wizkid getting up you cannot say I did not play a role, but I mean I am too big to be worrying about who I discovered and who I didn’t discover. That’s not my issue now” stated the veteran music producer.

Wizkid on his own part has spoken about his time with OJB and how he learnt a lot during his time with the producer. Better heard from the horses’.

MTN Nigeria Will Be A Public Liability Company (PLC) In 2016

MTN Nigeria will become a Public Liability Company (PLC) in 2016. Accordingly, the company will list its shares on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) by way of public offer for purchase by interested members of the investing public.

A senior insider in MTN Nigeria confided in Business Journal: “Well, l can tell you that the management has concluded plans to list the shares of MTN on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) in 2016, mainly due to intense pressure from various quarters in the past three years. Unless there is a change of policy in the near future, the 2016 date remains sacrosanct for now.” The insider said part of the game-plan for 2016 was the selling off of MTN telecom masts and outsourcing of various operations of the company since 2013.

In the 2014 business year, MTN recorded revenue of N824.8 billion compared to N793.6 billion in 2013. Analysts in the industry also believe that investors in MTN were complaining of static growth, especially in terms of income generation and unending demand for right-ofway payment by various state governments and government agencies.
