Afrocandy Reveals Why She Became A Porn Star

Nollywood popular porn actress, Afrocandy has disclosed that she went into porn movies when her husband left her and she could no longer afford to pay for her house rent in the US. I keep wondering why she had to choose porn, when she could have easily gone into other ventures.

The Actress in a recent interview with Sunday Express said, her estranged husband who abandoned her and their two kids some years ago desperately wants her back now, despite her new found love as a porn star.

She said, “It was just an idea that popped up in my mind. It wasn’t in any way to get back at my estranged husband then. I’d been separated from my husband since 2007, but the porn movie thing came up just around last year. I can say that money was the primary reason because at a time after my husband left me in the US, I couldn’t pay my house rent. So I went into it both because of the money and the
fun.

When asked if she dresses her usual half nude to the church, she said, “I dressed my normal way and had this same crazy hairdo. No I didn’t feel out of place. And this happens to be my birthday month so when celebrants were called out to be prayed for, I also came out and the reverend father sprinkled holy water on me and some entered my eye.”

Shockingly, the porn star said she get paid as much as N200,000 to appear in clubs.

Hear her, “I must confess, I get paid as much as N200,000 to appear in clubs." She also said some of the clubs are strictly for big politicians and exclusive.

Nigerian Talented Rapper, Jesse Jagz Blasts Nigerian Politicians

Jesse Jagz is one artist I admire alot, not just because he's a musical genius but because of his high sense of reasoning.

The talented rapper and beat producer, took to Twitter on Saturday to vent his anger at the society, not sparing many by the time he was done.

While hitting out at all political parties in Nigeria as boasting nothing other than ‘just a bunch of names,’ the Jagz Nation boss was in a vehement state; comparing Nigerian politicians to armed robbers, urging Nigerian youth to look at the bigger picture in a series of tweets which drew wide attention, with many of his followers retweeting and favouriting his words in quick succession.

He also took a philosophical angle to his feelings, asking his followers to check and take note of Webster’s dictionary definition of Black to understand the racism still going in the United States and other places.

Ebola: 160 placed under observation in Rivers State

Following the death of an Ebola victim in Port Harcourt, Rivers State during the week, at least 160 persons that made contact with the victim have been identified and put under observation.

The Rivers State Commissioner for Health, Sampson Parker, stated at a news conference at the state’s secretariat in Port Harcourt on Friday that the people had shown no signs of the Ebola disease.

He, however, said that the people were strictly under watch. The commissioner added that the baby of the widow of the late health worker, who has since been quarantined, was in good health.

While dispelling rumours that the state was not working with the Federal Government in tackling the spread of the disease, Parker said, “Rivers State now has a mobile testing unit for testing blood samples for the virus. A national
Ebola response team has been set up and headed by the Minister of Health, Professor Oyenbuchi Chukwu.”

He also stated that all places identified to have been visited by the late victim after he met with an ECOWAS diplomat, Oluibukun Koye, were being decontaminated as part of measures to contain the spread of the disease. The late doctor’s residence, the Green Heart hospital, where he was treated and the morgue where his body was kept, were part of the places being decontaminated.

Meanwhile, there was panic in the University of Calabar Teaching Hospital in Cross River State over a suspected Ebola case on Friday.

The scare was intensified when a member of the National Conference from the state, Mr. Orok Duke, took to his Facebook page to spread the information.

Duke said an Ebola patient arrived from Port Harcourt and had been  quarantined.  But the Chief Medical Director of the hospital, Dr. Thomas Agan, expressed shock over the situation while describing Duke’s claim as unfounded.
