See How Tinubu And Fashola Celebrated APC’s Win In Osun

The National leader of the All Progressives Congress, Ashiwaju Bola Tinubu, and Lagos state governor could not withhold their joy over the party’s victory at the just concluded Osun state gubernatorial election.

The duo hugged themselves happily and passionately in a team spirit of togetherness on a street of Osun when the news came to them that their guber candidate, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, has won the governorship election. The re-elected Aregbesola, who was also happy at the result of the election, assured the residents of a better future for the state.

The APC Candidate got 394,684 votes, thrashing the Peoples Democratic Party’s Iyiola Omisore, who had 292,747, to a second position. Although there were over 27 parties that contested at the election, the battle was obviously between the PDP and the APC.

Kim Kardashian Sneaks Back Stage To Watch Kanye West

He may have thousands of fans screaming at him from the audience but Kanye West's biggest supporter was quietly cheering him on from backstage on Friday night.

His wife Kim Kardashian was spotted peeping through a backstage curtain while Kanye West performed last night. Kanye shouted out his wife during the show! An eyewitness tells us EXCLUSIVELY.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashian star shunned the VIP area in favour of peeking out from behind a heavy curtain backstage.

Kim also posted a sneaky snap on Instagram of her husband while on stage - which she later removed - and captioned it, 'Hiding backstage'.
But her hiding space was not the best as in another photograph, someone took a picture of Kim as she crouched down and peered out at the rapper.

At some point the reality star must have ventured out into the massive crowd as she was able to get another shot showing Kanye's fans going crazy in front of the stage as he belted out his hits.

Congrats: APC’s Aregbesola Re-elected Osun State Governor

Governor of Osun State and the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Rauf Aregbesola has won the Saturday, August 9, governorship election.

His victory was announced early this morning by Prof. Bamidele Omole, INEC (ndependent National Electoral Commission) Chief returning officer who is also the VC of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.

“Having satisfied the requirements
of the law and scoring the highest
number of votes, Rauf Aregbesola
of the All Progressives Congress is
therefore returned elected,” Mr.
Omole declared.

Governor Aregbesola polled a total of 394,684 votes , winning the highest number of votes in 22 of the 30 local government areas of the state: Ayedade, Ifelodun, Ede North, Ola Oluwa, Irepodun, Ila Orangun, Ede South, Atakumosa West, Oriade, Orolu, Boripe and Ilesa West, Ilesa East, Ifedayo, Irewole, Obokun, Egbedore, Iwo, Osogbo, Olorunda, Atakumosa East and Ejigbo.

His closest political rival, Iyiola Omisore of the Peoples Democratic Party , polled 292,747 votes and came second, winning in eight local government areas: Isokan, Ife North, Ife East, Ife Central, Odo Otin, Boluwaduro, Ayedire and Ife South.

The Labour Party candidate Fatai
Akinbade received 8,898 votes and placed third.

The official Facebook page of the APC has already congratulated Aregbesola and people of Osun.

HKN boss, Davido is currently currently touring Ivory Coast while the Okoye brothee's, Psquare are getting ready for a concert in Cameroon.

Yesterday, August 9, 2014 the Psquare brothers shared some pictures from their press conference and visit to the homelesss in Cameroon where they donated 1 Million CFA franc.

They captioned one of the pictures;
‘Giving back as usual’.

While Davido also made a similar move by sharing a picture of his visit to an orphanage in Ivory Coast.

He captioned it ‘Visited the Orphanage in IVORY COAST ! Always good to give back!!!’
