The serial entrepreneur has floated a record label called Novonia Records and has instantly signed Caesar, a fast rising dancehall artiste as the

With Kelly Imadegbelo as his real name, Caesar is a performing artiste and song writer who hails from Edo state. He started singing at the age of 12 and later joined a music group which he left soon after discovering his unique talent.
Caesar’s genre of music is reggae or dancehall which has gained more listeners in Africa and the world at large over the years. His debut single is scheduled to drop in January 2015.
