Kid Cudi scared his fans during his set at Chicago’s North Coast Music Festival on Saturday. The Cleveland rapper was signing an autograph in the front row when he suddenly passed out. He fell back and hit the floor, but luckily security was there to pick him up and carry him backstage.
Cudi returned to Twitter to assure
his fans that he was OK.

We don't know the cause of the incident yet.
