Troubled rapper DMX has filed for bankruptcy after wracking
up millions of pounds in debts.
The hip-hop star, real name Earl Simmons, lodged legal papers at the united state's bankruptcy court in New york city on Monday ( 29 July 13), revealing he has less than £33,333in asset and debts are more than £666,667.
The paper work states his total debt ranges from between £666,66 to £6.7, but atleast £800,000 is owed in a child surport .
The news comes just days after he was arrested in South Carolina on suspicion he was driving under the influence of alcohol. He was later released.
