The Game spent part of Wednesday receiving "spiritual enlightenment" from Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan, one of the organizers of the first Million Man March in 1995, and took to Instagram to announce that he will be among the leaders of the 20th Anniversary Million Man March set to descend on our nation's capital on October 10th.
This announcement fits with The Game's history of philanthropy. The Associates for Breast and Prostate Cancer Studios awarded him their 2014 "Humanitarian Of The Year Award, and he has given away over $1 million in his own money to the Robin Hood Project.
The inaugural Million Man March included 837 thousand people according to one estimate. One hopes that the leadership of rappers like The Game can help bring out the younger demographic en masse to join the civil rights demonstration and make it a true million this time.
A R&B singer named De Rico is suing Justin Bieber and Usher for $10 million in damages for ripping off his song "Somebody to Love," reports Reuters . De Rico, otherwise known as Devin Copeland, is claiming that three Bieber-Usher tracks constitute copyright infringement by way of "beat pattern, time signature, and similar chords and lyrics."
De Rico originally filed the lawsuit two years ago. It was initially thrown out by District Judge Arenda Wright Allen; the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond, Virginia voted by a 3-0 margin on Thursday to return the case to Judge Allen.
"After listening to the Copeland song and the Bieber and Usher songs as wholes, we conclude that their choruses are similar enough and also significant enough that a reasonable jury could find the songs intrinsically similar," Circuit Judge Pamela Harris wrote.
This kind of picture is hard to come by this days. The three artists took this rare picture together.

Charly Boy in a recent interview has
opened up on his age, family and not
conforming to the norms of society.
According to him,
‘I’m not particular about how old or
young the number is. What I care about is the age of my mind and then the age of my body. From my look, my energy and all, I feel 35 or slightly younger. That is the age of my mind. Going by my experiences, my responsibilities, my wisdom and all, I should be about 87 years old,”
“I dress the way I feel. My happy
moments are when my usefulness is
engaged, when I see the influence I
bring into people’s lives, when I’m able to add value and make a measurable contribution to individuals and society.’
On his regrets in life,
“Regrets don’t exist in my dictionary. I live life on the edge and to change it would mean doing things in traditional or conventional ways. To do that, for me, is to give up the ghost. If it’s not daunting and scary, it certainly is not for me.”
On his children,
“Unlike some parents who can’t truly love more than a child at a time, I love all my children in different ways and I see a bit of me in all of them, up to my siblings, grandchildren and all. Family is really what I have been blessed with, and my happiest moments have been family times,”
Earlier this year, a collection of over a hundred Rich Homie Quan and Young Thug songs leaked onto the internet, allegedly from various
studio sessions over the last few years.
While there were plenty of gems within the large offering, one song in which Rich Homie Quan described raping a woman was a troubling discovery.
While the rapper released a statement on the song, indicating that it was "never intended to
be released," fans weren't necessarily ready to accept the apology, and to make matters
worse, a second song which also found Quan threatening a woman with rape surfaced shortly thereafter.
In a new interview with Billboard today, Quan made an effort to give a better apology, agreeing that he owes his fans an explanation
following the second song making rounds.
"I do not condone or promote rape. I'm not a rapist," he said. "That song was recorded in December 2012. I was young and just rapping.
At the time, I had no guidance in my life. I blame it on that. So I apologize once more to my fans."
The controversy does not seem to be affecting the rapper's success however, as his new single, "Flex" is his best performance on the charts yet, and it's still climbing.
"'Flex' was something new for me; it's me stepping out," he told the magazine. "But I'm not a dance song type of person, so I'm not
going to say you can expect a lot of those kinds of songs. The album is a lot of narrating; it's just me telling my story, telling it how it
is."
50 Cent doesn't like to be messed with.
Recently, gossip site MediaTakeOut got a hold of a scene from the rapper's Starz TV show, "Power," and seeing that it was a sex scene starring actress La La Anthony, the site decided to post it up early.
Fif isn't very happy about the leak, posting a video today in which he suggests MTO have a lawsuit comingthere way. “Shout out to
MediaTakeOut for showing La La some love and showing her scene early,” he said. “For doing that, I’m not gonna take it personal, so don’t take it personal with me when they sue you til you’re blue in the face.”
MTO has since taken the original page down, so perhaps they will be facing some legal consequences.
We'll keep you posted with any new
information. The second season of Power is airing now on Starz.

Karrueche took to Instagram to call out Chris over an interview he had with Ryan Seacrest. The interview was Chris basically saying he has moved on now despite the fact that he loves Karrueche, Maybe Chris has privately called her out for talking about him in interviews.
"First off @chrisbrownofficial you just did an interview w Ryan Seacrest in which you spoke about me. My interview w Access Hollywood was not entirely about you.. they asked a question and as a mature adult I answered. I'm not gonna shy away from something that I lived through. I'm talking about my life and experiences. I'm not speaking on you or bashing you (like I easily could).
Don't be mad at me because our relationship is over due to your lack of loyalty. You know what's weak?? You forcing yourself into my car.. my broken window.. blowing up my phone.. trying to shower me w gifts.. Man the fuck up and change the bs in your life like I've told you several times. Since you want to hear about my career - check out @vanityseries every Thursday on StyleHaul.com.. Emmy winning @thebaytheseries this Sept and 3 Headed Shark Attack on SyFy next month. Best of luck to you and beautiful Royalty".
