Mariah seems to have officially moved on since splitting with husband Nick Cannon. Mariah and her new man are allegedly staying on a yacht in Capri, but will soon head to Cannes and St. Tropez, Us Weekly reports. While walking around town with James, the fourth wealthiest man in Australia — he allegedly worth an estimated $4.6 billion, Mariah wore a tight cleavage-baring dress. (See the photo here.)
