50 Cent Squashes Beef With Floyd Mayweather

50 Cent is back on the Money team.

The ongoing riff between 50 Cent and Floyd "Money" Mayweather dates back to 2012, when 50 claimed Mayweather owed him a big check for funding business plans that never actualized. 

Since, 50 has been periodically clowning Floyd on social media, first musing on Nelly dating Mayweather's ex-girl, then publicly challenging the undefeated boxed to read a page from Harry Potter, and continuing to poke fun at his illiteracy ever since.

This morning, though, 50 posted an Instagram of him and Floyd together, as friends, with the caption: "THE original MONEY Team." He also gave Floyd his support for his upcoming fight
against Manny Pacquiao on May 2.

Variety magazine’s latest issue honors five women who are using their clout to bring attention to worthy causes, and the wonderful women includes Whoopi Goldberg, Kim Kardashian West,Rachel
Weisz, Glenn Close and Lena Dunham.

The magazine talks about how Kim
Kardashian started helping sick kids at the Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles seven years ago, after a friend’s child got sick. The mother of one does not stop at donating the proceeds from her eBay auction store to the nonprofit, but she
also carves out time to regularly visit patients and their parents, especially during the holidays.

“My father passed away from cancer,” says Kardashian West, who lost her dad, Robert, in 2003. “I remember what it was like when my dad was going through it. You see the kids that are so strong. They
feel so helpless. You want to do anything to help them.”

The kids, who are excited to see the E! reality star, will ask that she post their selfies on Instagram, where Kardashian West has 30.1 million followers. “They love to see their pictures on social media,” she says.

The couple recently installed a $35,000 Prima Cinema in their lavish home in California’s Hidden Hills and the state-of-the-art system allows them to ‘watch a movie the same day it’s released in theatres,’ Us Weekly magazine
reports.

However, to download just one movie for 24 hours use, the couple pays $500. And they are not the only stars to have the luxury cinema
system in their houses. Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher – who have six-
month old daughter Wyatt together – and Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi are also able to relax in front of new releases in the comfort of
their own homes.

While Kim and Kanye can enjoy their cinema, their new home also boasts entertainment for North as they have been adding an extravagant jungle gym in the grounds of their Hidden Hills property. The wooden recreational area features two sets of monkey bars – one curved and one straight – a slide and little steps to help the toddler climb up to the boxed-area.

They are also eager to build a basketball court and a studio for Kanye, so he doesn’t have to
travel to Paris to record music.

One of the babymamas of Oritsefemi, Blessing Rawa, who the singer earlier claimed hacked his Instagram account on Monday, has reacted to the allegation and has also described the singer as “heartless and cruel”.

The acclaimed fiancée of Oritsefemi said she never imagined that the singer would accuse her falsely and even calling her a hacker.

She wrote on Tuesday that, “My attention was called to a post on Instagram this morning by some friends. My fiancée of five years put me on the blast and accused me of hacking his IG page, this is really surprising to me as I wasn’t around him when his phone got hacked or in Lagos, neither do I have the password to his IG account.

“How I could have hacked a personal phone that I don’t own beats me. I will never betray you like this Femi, I have always resolved to settling our issues in private no matter how bad it is. I can understand if you want to end the relationship and move on with your life, I’d accept that as the will of God but you don’t need to disgrace me publicly and drag my name to the mud all because of fame.

“We suffered together and I was there before your claim to fame and still stood by you when God started blessing you because I know you truly deserve to be rewarded for all your years of hustling and hardwork.

“I am writing this openly and demand you delete that post and show some respect to me and the years we spent together which is now a bad memory for me.

“How can you be so heartless and cruel. When you called to say you googled to know who hacked your IG page and my name was mentioned, I laughed thinking it’s one of your pranks. I deserve some respect, the same one have shown you all these years.

“You bring me down and make me look like the villain while you become the hero. You should be ashamed of yourself for betraying my trust and love but instead you turn this around and put me on the blast so the world can overlook your shortcomings and focus on me. God sees it all.”.

President Jonathan fires IGP Abba, appoints Arase

President Goodluck Jonathan on Tuesday sacked the Inspector-General of Police, Mr. Suleiman Abba, less that nine months after his
appointment on July 31, 2014.

The President has named a Deputy Inspector-General of Police, Mr. Solomon Arase, as the acting IGP. Abba, who was the AIG Zone 7 before his appointment as the IG, succeeded Mohammed Abubakar, who retired after 35 years in service last year.
