Will Smith To Play Nigeria Doctor In ‘CONCUSSION’ Movie

Concussion is based on the real-life story of Nigerian-American, Dr. Bennet Ifekandu Omalu.

Dr. Omalu is very important in the world of sports.

He discovered brain disease that happens when you gets repeatedly clatter around in your skull violently enough that your brain begins to degenerate and named it Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE).

The doctor discovered the disease in American football players and was tried to fall silent by the NFL.

The film is set to be released on December 25, 2015, and with an A-lister like Will Smith playing the lead role.

This has continued to be a great bone of contention within the NFL, it hopefully will draw attention to the link between the football head injuries and early onset of dementia that could lead to death.

There are strong hopes that this shocking film will get people talking.
