Lil Wayne's daughter Reginae Carter last night celebrated her 16th birthday with a totally lavish party. Guests were thrilled when Nicki Minaj showed up as a surprise to perform at the event, but the whole place was set to flames when she received a brand new Ferrari from her stepfather, Memphitz AND a red BMW SUV as birthday presents.
Lots of people are 'complaining' that the gifts are too much for a 16 year old.
