Cyrus appears nude on a pile of stuffed animals in a shoot by Karl Lagerfeld and styled by Carlyne Cerf De Dudzeele for the upcoming issue of V Magazine.
The 21-year-old also appears on the cover, but clothed in a furry, blue bodysuit.
