It is often rare for politicians in Nigeria to get accolade.This is because often times the majority of citizens do not feel the connection between their leaders and their daily lives by way of the leader in question being there for them, when they are needed.
Many of our people would normally say that the average Nigerian politician or government official occupying an office is in the position for himself and his family and may be a few lucky friends and associate of the person in question. Also, the public view is that the average citizen does not feel the impact of the stewardship of these officials, and therefore, they care less about who they are or what they do or are doing.
However, with Hon. Francis Eyituoyor Maku , an aspirant for the post of local government chairman, Warri North LGA these negative perception of Nigerian politicians collapses as in less than three years in charge of major contracts in Sapele and it's environ, it can be said with certainty and conviction that no one resident in area who does not know this man or come in contact with some of his noble policies and actions in his untiring efforts to leave a worthy legacy in all the places he has worked.
Hon Francis Maku has interests to serve his Father-land in senior positions where leadership, hard work, integrity, dedication, drive and financial probity are required. He is a Distinguished personality with a different feeling, each time you listen or speak with him you cannot help but wonder what drives him. His compassion,focus and commitment is constantly gripping.
He is not a person who sit on the fence during a time of moral crisis,this endeared him the admiration of old men,women and the youths in his community. At all time he stand to be counted on the side of history.
Being a shining example of courage, discipline and intellect, he was also nurtured for leadership with several positions, which included a spot in the current administration of Delta state government.
He has financially empowered many Nigerian Youths who are today doing well in their various area of endeavors. These and many more explained largely the reasons Hon Francis is considered the best man to lead Warri North local government.
