Photo: Enugu state Governor Chime spotted in Scotland for son’s graduation

Enugu state Governor, Sullivan Chime, was in Scotland today to attend his for second son’s masters graduation from the University of Glasglow.

Tochukwu Arinze Chime is Gov Chime’s son with his first wife…long before he married Clara Chime.
