A 22-year-old tailoring apprentice, Kehinde Odelola has been remanded for allegedly raping his lover, Miss Tawa Muritala.
It was revealed in court that Tara Muritala, 20, was lured into the room of the accused person.
The incident happened on August 30, 2013, at the Ilesa Garage area of Osogbo.
Odelola pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Chief Magistrate Mohammed Lasisi ordered that Odelola be remanded at the Ilesa Prison.
