Judge Revokes Chris Brown's Probation In Rihanna Assault Case

In a ruling on the Rihanna assault case, Chris Brown has his probation revoked due to crossing county lines.

Fans who were hoping for Chris Brown's 2015 to be much less tumultuous than his 2014 (or 2013, or 2012, etc.) can put those dreams away, because it's looking like another long year for Breezy, legally speaking. After performing to an audience in San Jose that included some gun- toting nutjob over the weekend, Chris has now had the probation he's been enjoying since 2009 revoked as a direct result.

Yesterday, a judge in his Rihanna assault case ruled that he crossed county lines without approval (performing in SJ when he was ordered to remain in L.A. County) and failed to complete his required 1,000 hours of community service on time. For the time being, Brown will walk free, but a March 20th probation hearing may change
that.

 Although the judge could find no indication that Brown was involved in the recent shooting, he also instructed probation officers to investigate that further.

Christina Milian Comments On Birdman & LilWayne Situation

There hasn't been much in the way of updates when it comes to the turmoil between Lil Wayne and Birdman . 

Last month Weezy threatened his label with a lawsuit, letting them know he wasn't playing around. No lawsuit has materialized yet, but if Lil Wayne doesn't get Tha Carter 5 out on his terms, it may come to fruition. The small bit of consolation amid all the YMCMB drama is that Wayne might be prepping Sorry 4 Tha Wait 2 mixtape.

While the YMCMB family work some things out behind-the-scenes, one of the artists on Weezy's roster has spoken out concerning the rift. Christina Milian is receiving a boost in her career from Lil Wayne, thanks to a featured spot on his single "Start A Fire," not to mention some convenient dating rumors (which she has denied) .

During the premiere of the new TV show "Empire," Christina Milian was asked by Hollywood Today about the beef between Baby and Weezy. "It's a little difficult," she said. "I'm on the same record label. I'm on Young Money, so it's a little difficult when it comes to business. I understand the circumstance for all of them. I think everyone's trying to work it out and I wish the best. Honestly it's been an empire that has been built between Baby and with Lil Wayne. You can only hope for the best and big things for the both of them, that they continue this grind that they have. Chris Brown Reportedly Instructs Management To No Longer Book "Hood Clubs"

Reports say Chris Brown is trying to distance himself from the San Jose shooting and "hood clubs."

As you might have seen over the weekend, during a Chris Brown show at a San Jose nightclub, shots broke out injuring five people. Video footage from the night shows Breezy performing on stage, and after he notices some sort of scuffle in the audience he tells the crowd "Oh, them niggas getting it in over there." Immediately after he makes the statement, shots ring out and everyone is trying to flee the club.

Following the incident, TMZ apparently has the inside scoop on what Chris Brown told his management team. The singer reportedly held an emergency meeting and instructed his team to
no longer book "hood clubs." By "hood clubs" he is apparently referring to venues that have a history of violence or lax security.

The Weeknd Arrested For Allegedly Punching A Police Officer

The Weeknd just had a pretty crazy... umm... weekend in Las Vegas, as reports indicate the singer was arrested for striking a police officer on Saturday.

According to TMZ, Abel was involved in a scuffle that broke out at Cromwell Hotel around 4:20 AM that morning. When police intervened, the singer was apparently pulled into an elevator by a cop, at which point he is said to have punched the officer in the head. 

After that, he was brought into custody for "battery of a protected person", though he's already out on bail. As of yesterday, he was on a plane out of the city, captioning his Instagram post of the plane with "escaped from Las Vegas".

Judging by his subsequent 'grams, the incident inspired him to get back in the studio, seemingly leaving all the drama back in Vegas where it belongs.
