Shocking !! D’banj Dragged To Court Over Alleged Dud Cheque, Bad Debt

Musician D’banj is in a mess over money. A Technology company, MindHub Technologies is claiming D’banj is owing them the sum of  $240,000 and another  N15,000,000, which the artiste has not denied but issued them post-dated cheques which were bounced back.

MindHub Technologies who now speaks with D’banj through their lawyers after all efforts made by them for him to pay proved abortive said D’banj has only deemed it  fit since last year to pay only N8,600,000 out of the N15,000,000 and has not paid a single penny from the $240,000.

“We act as Solicitors to MINDHUB TECHNOLOGIES LTD (hereinafter called “OUR CLIENT”), and on whose instruction we write you this letter in the manner stated hereunder.

It is our brief that sometime in January 2013 in Lagos, you signed a Personal Guarantee/Memorandum of Undertaking with our client wherein you agreed/undertook to pay our client the investment fund of N100,000,000.00k (One Hundred Million Naira Only) given to D KINGS MEDIA LIMITED by our client, should the latter default in payment of the debt. The said debt is made up of Nigerian and United States of America’s currencies,” the letter addressed to him stated.

The case is already in a Lagos high court and due for hearing, why it has been almost impossible for months now to serve D’banj, because he has been outside the country, while some however claim the major reason D’banj has been in the US is because he does not want to be served. Whatever that means we hope they settle this fast.

Chazb who was the anchor of sharinglifeissues on the Rhythm93.7 Network died early hours of today, Saturday, November 22, 2014.

We are yet to ascertain the cause of his death. May his soul rest in peace.

President Obama announced a plan Thursday night to mainstream millions of illegal immigrants with an executive order allowing them to stay instead of facing deportation, bringing howls from Republicans who complained about so-called 'anchor babies' helping their illegal parents remain in the U.S.

Madonna Disses Kim Kardashian Over Nude Magazine Shoot

Last week, the Internet was all consumed with the scandalous images of Kim Kardashian ,34, in all her naked glory. Many cheered her decision to do the shoot , several jeered, but everyone saw every last bit of reality TV’s reigning queen.

A week later, another queen came forward to bash Kim K’s Paper Magazine spread on, calling foul on Instagram for allowing her images to go live. Madonna took to her own Instagram on Nov.20 to post a censored topless photo of herself from the 90s, with the caption, “Its confusing. Nipples are considered forbidden and provocative but exposing your ass is not. #flummoxed (sic).”

Though the jibe came a week after Kim’s photo release, it actually isn’t that surprising that Madonna would react to her photos like this. The Material Girl was singer was forced to remove a picture on Instagram on April 19, 2014, the day after her 56th birthday. While partying with friends in Cannes, she posted a shot of herself posing with a bare-breasted friend. The image was taken down because the friend’s nipples were visible. She would later repost the image again, this time with the friend’s nipples covered up.

Clearly, the double standard concerning Kim’s photos has Madonna miffed. Can’t say we blame her — same rules should apply to everyone. Abi Kim na gold?

Togolese Footballer Emmanuel Adebayor At War With His Family

New report reaching now has it that Emmauel Adebayor has ejected his mother madam Alice Adebayor from the US$1.5million apartment he bought for the family. It is reported that he is at logger-heads with his relatives who he accused of doing rituals against him.

Adebayor’s cousin Margaret told Accra-based Peace FM.

“For the past six years Adebayor has rejected his mother and his immediate family whilst doing charity outside on the premise that our mother is a witch,We have been thinking of his future as a footballer and did not want this issue out in the media but it is becoming too much. Could you believe Adebayor ordered his machomen to sack our mother and his own mother from a house he built in Togo claiming she is a witch?
