The 2017 MTV Video Music Awards was definitely the show to watch last
night. Kendrick Lamar who has the most nominations unsurprisingly
scooped home the most awards.
Ed Sheeran took home the award for Artist of the Year, the first time male and female artists went head-to-head in a category.
P!nk took home the prestigious Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award. Mother of Charlottesville victim Heather Heyer was also on hand to announce a foundation againts hate opened in her daughter’s name. All 6 nominees for Best Fight Against the System were also name winners.
