Lil Wayne is being sued by his former bus driver.
A driver who operated Lil Wayne's bus on his 2014 summer tour is suing the rapper, claiming that Wayne threatened his life with a weapon.
According to Mark Jones, Wayne first began to act aggressively with him when he attempted to stop for gas following a show in Buffalo. The driver says he continued driving after the Wayne's outburst of cursing.
Jones says that Wayne then continued to verbally abuse him, threatening to "whip [his] ass" and as TMZ states "finish the job by killing him". He then pulled out a pistol and cocked it, allegedly telling Jones, "I want to get to the hotel now."
The rest of the drive was apparently made in silence, with no further threats being made.
The lawsuit is for "false imprisonment, assault and emotional distress". We'll keep you updated with any further information.
