Rapper Gucci Mane was arrested early Saturday morning for a number of alleged infractions, including threatening police officers and gun possession.Gucci was taken into custody at 12:05 a.m. this morning after an incident in which one of his friends complained to police about his erratic behavior.
The friend waved down the cops to help out (with what, it’s unclear), but when they approached, Gucci Mane began “cursing and threatening them.”
Probably not a smart move under any circumstances, but especially not if you’re carrying marijuana and a handgun on your person, which he apparently was.
Mane was therefore arrested for carrying concealed weapon, disorderly conduct and marijuana possession. He was also hospitalized as a precaution.
