Another Stowaway Man Caught In Benin

**Remember I said it that giving the first stowaway boy scholarship to university level might cause increase of the act by other youths? Now, here it is...**
A man of 25 years was arrested at the airport in Benin trying to seek the area of operations in order to access the airside, said Nigeria Aviation Authorities on Monday, nine days after a teenager ran track for the same airport, hidden in the wheel of an Arik flight and discovered unharmed after a 35 minute flight in Lagos.
The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, FAAN, said Leroy Ugaga was arrested on Monday by a joint patrol team of FAAN and the Nigerian Air Force.
"The offender was seen and observed for a few minutes by members of the patrol team while attempting to gain access to the airside and as soon as his intentions became clear, he was swiftly arrested and handed over to the police for further questioning, "said Yakubu Dati, FAAN's official.
