Iyanya On Relationship With Yvonne Nelson
In a recent interview with MTV Base VJ, Ehiz, Iyanya opened up on his relationship with his ex-girlfriend and Ghanaian actress, Yvonne Nelson.
On if they dated, Iyanya said “Big time. Big. proper relationship. Back on forth.”
On why they broke up, the singer said “Now this is the problem..famous guy, famous girl. It’s hard man.”
On Aftermath of their breakup “When that Yvonne Nelson thing happened, I was not happy but then I will look like superwoman out there, I was not happy because everybody thought I was the evil guy because her heart was broken, I looked evil.” Iyanya replied.

No Country Can Succeed Alone In The War Against Terror – Buhari
President Buhari has said that Nigeria and neighboring countries must stand together to defeat and degrade Boko Haram terrorists in the sub-region.
Speaking late Wednesday at a state dinner at the Unity Palace in Yaounde, during his two-day working visit to Cameroon, President Buhari said countries in the sub-region cannot afford to falter in their resolve to get rid of the evils of terrorists.
`We recognize that none of us can succeed alone. In order to win this war we need the collective efforts of each one of us, standing together as a formidable force for good, to defeat and end these acts of terror against our people,’’ he said.
The President told guests at the dinner hosted by President Paul Biya that the security situation in the region presented an opportunity for Nigeria, Cameroon, Chad, Niger and Benin to work together for their common security, peace and socio-economic development.
`Let me assure all of my relentless pursuit of all possible means to safeguard Nigeria’s territorial integrity, protect the lives and property of our citizens as well as my commitment to continue to collaborate with Cameroon and our neighbors, within the framework of the Lake Chad Basin Commission.
`The Federal government of Nigeria is committed to respecting international norms to resolve this matter and to restore normalcy to all the affected areas as soon as possible,’’ he said.
The President, who had earlier on his arrival on Wednesday.held a closed-door session with his host, thanked President Biya for providing refuge to Nigerians who had fled their homes because of the insurgents. He also commended Cameroon for its support to Nigerian military and security personnel in the fight against terrorism and offered his condolences to the families of the victims of terror in both countries.
President Buhari used the occasion of his speech to announce Nigeria’s willingness to expand economic partnerships with Cameroon, through increased joint ventures in infrastructure development, transport and commerce, among others. He welcomed the achievements so far recorded by the Nigeria-Cameroon Joint Commission and all the landmark agreements signed between both countries.
The President, who described the relations between both countries as excellent, recognized the roles played by past and present leaders and Nigerian citizens in sustaining friendly relations with Cameroon.
In his remarks, Biya while congratulating President Buhari for a successful inauguration into office said his electoral victory has provided an opportunity for him to preside over the `destiny of Nigeria.”
`Mr President, a dark cloud is looming over our countries even as we welcome you; we are facing the same threat, which may rock the foundation of our two nations.
`This danger bears the name of Boko Haram, its atrocities and crimes are jeopardizing peace around Lake Chad and especially in our two countries.
`The number of dead and victims are rising, economic activities have been crippled in affected areas, the number of refugees and displaced persons are ever increasing. “We cannot allow this cancer to spread, we must pool our resources and forces and share our experiences,’’ he said.
President Biya, who reaffirmed Cameroon’s commitment in the fight against terror, welcomed the “fresh push’’ on economic ties between both countries through easing of trade.
`I strongly believe in your readiness to work towards that goal and your visit to Cameroon as well as the discussions we have had have strengthened my conviction,’’ he said.

Birdman is finally ready to talk. The Cash Money founder has been embroiled in several large controversies over the last few months, stemming from his beef with former protégé and YMCMB star Lil Wayne. Weezy has sued him for $51 million, and allegations have ranged from extortion to attempted murder, after Wayne’s tour bus was shot up. So far, most of what the public has known has been hearsay, without much coming straight from any of the principal players.
Now, Birdman is ready to change that. He spent 48 hours with Angie Martinez in Miami and addressed all the hot topics.
For now, we’ve just got a sneak peek. “Nicki and Drake ain’t goin’ nowhere, regardless,” says Birdman in response to Wayne’s threats that he will take his Young Money artists with him.
He goes on to describe his fallout with Wayne in more detail: “That was shocking to everybody,” he says, adding, “We never thought [Wayne] would be saying nothing negative about me ever in no lifetime. I never thought that could ever happen—for that man to open his mouth and say something negative about me. Sh*t f**ked my day up. I love my son. He mean the world to me. Imo State governor Rochas Okorocha says he wasn’t the one who put up the photo of him shaking hands with US president Barack Obama as a billboard in Owerri. Some of his politicians friends did it to impress him….

The attention of the Imo State Government has been drawn to His Excellency, Governor Rochas Okorocha’s photographs with president Barak Obama been shown on the digital billboard screen and flex billboard banner.
To say the least, the Imo Governor or the state government he superintends did not place the photographs on the referenced screen or billboards, and was not aware or informed of such development, and could not have authorized anybody or any group to do that since it was totally unnecessary.
At the level God had placed the Imo Governor even before his becoming governor in 2011, he would not have authorized anybody to begin to advertise or display his photographs with the American President.
We had done our investigations and had discovered that some politicians in the state did that and they had done it with good intentions without their knowing the implications since they are not experts in public relations.
They had thought that by doing the adverts they were going to impress the governor. And we can understand that. The government has however told them to put a stop to that.
The government also wants to use the opportunity offered by this development to demand that any body who wants to do any advert for the governor in any media or publicity outfit should get clearance from designated officials of the government.
We appreciate the love of those behind the adverts in question for the governor, but next time, when they intend to do that they should get clearance before going public.
We are aware of the fact that Imo people love their governor and do certain things to appreciate him, but they should please be thorough enough, by informing the government to avoid playing into the hands of habitual opponents.
It was a good thing that His Excellency, President Mohammadu Buhari in his magnanimity included the Imo governor in his team for the visit to President Obama, but the governor had got to a level that he could not have allowed the adverts in question if informed.
So, we take the liberty to call on the general public who had seen or who will see the photographs on the networks in question to discard them.
They are not from the Imo State Government.
