Bill Cosby Urges 'Black Media' To Stay 'Neutral' Over His Rape Allegations

The New York Post's "Page Six" is reporting that they reached at the star's Massachusetts home, and even though Bill once again declined to address the rape and sex abuse allegations against him, he instead said that the African-American media — for which this reporter often writes — should be impartial.

“Let me say this. I only expect the black media to uphold the standards of excellence in journalism and when you do that you have to go in with a neutral mind,” Cosby said.

The comedian, who is being represented by attorneys Martin Singer and John B. Schmitt, said he has been advised not to talk to reporters about the ongoing allegations. More than two dozen women have publicly claimed that the “Fat Albert” creator drugged and raped them. The allegations span at least four decades, beginning in the 1960s.

Cosby sounded upbeat on the phone, but said he couldn’t address the specific allegations. He did, however, wax poetic when asked how his wife of more than a half-century, Camille Cosby, was holding up under the strain of the allegations.

“Love and the strength of womanhood,” he said. “Let me say it again, love and the strength of womanhood. And, you could reverse it, the strength of womanhood and love.”

Then Cosby cut off the conversation. “They don’t want me talking to the media,” he said.

In a recent interview with Omotola conducted in New York by Ekerete Udoh of Vanguard, Omotola revealed a lot of secrets.

Asked if she had ever met men that she genuinely took a liking to, and was tempted to sacrifice her marital vows.

“Absolutely. I have been tempted many times to cheat on my husband by men I really liked. But when you think of what you stand to lose, the destruction of all you have labored to build, when you weigh all the options, you are left to conclude that it is not worth the trouble. I know some women will find this somewhat objectionable, but if they want to be truthful to themselves, they will agree with me that, as married women, we have all faced moments that I have just described.”

“Nothing”, I do not give anything in return. I always tell them that I am married and would not compromise my martial vows. If after making that point clear, they still continue to shower me with gifts, maybe believing that something will break in the future, then I cannot help them.”

Do you feel emotionally detached as a result of many years of marriage or, put differently, has your passion for your husband cooled with time?,

“Of course, it has”, she said matter-of-factly. “Which married woman who has been with her husband for years will, in her true state, tell you that the feeling has remained the same as it was the first time or the first year she met her husband? Mack Maine Confirms Lil Wayne's "Carter V" Is Coming First Quarter Of 2015

Mack Maine discusses the rift between Lil Wayne and Cash Money, as well as the release date for "Carter V".

Lil Wayne recently expressed frustration with both Cash Money and his mentor, Birdman following the latest of many pushbacks of his upcoming studio album, Tha Carter V. Weezy seemed adamant to part ways with the label, but whether through his four album contract, or some reasoning with Birdman, the rapper announced earlier in the week that things were all good with him and Cash Money.

The president of the label, Mack Maine , weighed in on Wayne's comments in an interview with Miami's 99 Jamz, exlaining that C5 will be on its way soon enough.  "He's touching up the album
and about to start another special project for the people." said Mack. "I can't give a definitive date [for C5]. I can just say first quarter for sure...It's coming out. Don't get it twisted like it's not coming out."

Maine then touched on the apparent rift between Wayne and his father figure, Birdman. "I wouldn't pinpoint anyone personally... That's my uncle and my brother that you're talking about," he shared. "I got an optimistic, positive vibe about everything. It's just some business that's gon' need to be handled... Once that's handled we're going to keep moving. And it's getting handled as we speak...
