Patrick Ovoke Odjegba Set To Release Another Mind Blowing TV Comedy Series 'Dreamerz'

Meet Patrick Ovoke Odjegba, a major driving force behind lots of the mind blowing TV contents and soap operas that has graced our screens in recent times. He is set to unleash his episodic Sitcom titled “DREAMERZ”

The Delta born who has been in the industry of filmmaking for close to two decades, started the production of the famous AY Show from script to screen with the ace comedian AY himself, The fantastic AY's Crib (co-directing and editing), AY Live concert (Line mixing and directing), amongst many others.

The Digital Filmmaking graduate of Arena Multimedia (APTECH) edited the Sitcom 'Extended Family,' which is still one of Nigeria’s most hilarious TV series ever produced by Comedian Bovi. Patrick Ovoke Odjegba also directed and edited The Bovi Ugboma’s Show (TBUS) another classic hit from Bovi himself.

Patrick Ovoke Odjegba has worked with almost all of the top shots in the humor sector of the Nigeria entertainment industry like Opa Williams, Basket mouth, Gordons, Yaw just to mention a few.

The Original Swafi Boy like he always referred to himself due to his Sapele and Warri background promises that DREAMERZ will definitely leave the audience asking for more at the end of each episode.

DREAMERZ from the stable of Crisp Media Ltd., his own production outfit is due to hit your TV screen pretty soon.

The story is centred on the daily hustle and bustle for a brighter tomorrow of a Lagos based Warri boy (Ben) an IT Engr. and his younger brother (Tega) a jobless secondary graduate who lives with him and his jobless friend (Reuben) who doesn’t want to do anything reasonable to make a living.

DREAMERZ features some notable faces in the Nigeria entertainment industry such as comedian Seyilaw, Lillian Esoro, Amanda Ebeye, Bucci Franklyn, comedian Ajebo (naija fm), Adedayo Davies, OTB (naija fm) etc. He promises to include more stars as the production enters successive sequels.

Saeon Ex Manager Lays Serious Allegations Against Wiz Kid & Revealed Alot Of Secrets Behind The Bad Blood

(A former manager of Saeon has lashed out at Wizkid for claiming the singer begged him for the collaboration)

The bad blood began when Saeon lashed out at Wizkid for not being polite enough to help promote the song, ‘Boogie down’ across his social media accounts.

Wizkid responded by saying Saeon is not his friend and he even gave her a fair deal by featuring on her song while threatening to beat her up.

Shedding more light on what really transpired between both parties, Saeon’s former manager who was in charge of the self styled Omo Ibadan’s dealings at the time the deal transpired, Alex Adegbenro who is now resident in UK, has granted an exclusive interview to a UK based radio station.

When he spoke with ‘Chi Chi’ on air last week, Alex said: ‘I can’t really say much as well, I recently started getting calls from people too asking me what’s going on between Saeon and Wizkid, so I decided to go online to get myself informed as well, and lo and behold I found a video of Wizkid talking about Samklef and Saeon. Contrary to Wizkid’s claims, Saeon at no point made any contact with the kid, until I set up a first meet up.

Speaking further, Alex only stopped short of branding Wizkid a serial liar by saying: ‘It’s funny when he said she slept in front of his house to beg him, I feel that’s a figure of speech and I feel it’s still wrong for him to say that. She never had his contact, he also forgot that he started the same way, sleeping at OJB’s studio crying after M.I and so on. As a matter of fact, myself and his manger were the ones discussing, his manger, Godwin Tom gave us a fee, we disagreed with the fee and told him what we could afford was N1.5 million and then he came back to us and said they’ll take it.

‘Here’s what I think, Wizkid has contradicted himself already, he’s either not a thinker, or he has consumed himself with so much pride. Why would she pay you and then beg you. 

The irony of it all was that Saeon didn’t actually want to record with Wizkid, after paying, it took about a month to record the song because he was travelling a lot for shows.’ With Wizkid having claimed that he charges as much as N10m for a collaboration, Alex continued in the lengthy interview that Saeon would have spent the money on something else if Wizkid had not been paid at the time.

‘She wanted to use the money in putting out an EP, but when Wizkid got back, we pressed on getting the job done because he had been paid, now I’m not saying he was obligated to tweet about the song because I think that’s what started the whole thing, but coming from someone who was adamant about us shooting a music video so he could benefit from it.

‘And the one that got me was when he said he was going to beat her up. Saeon didn’t even get to meet him or talk to him until the day they recorded together in the studio. And I remember he gave us a list of producers he could work with, he said it was either, Samklef, Sarz or Maleek Berry and we picked Sarz and then when he heard the beat Sarz made, he didn’t like it, so he called Sarz and was like ‘dude, you know my new sound, why do you keep making beats like this.’ 

So we went back the second time and Maleek Berry just laced a beat and the song happened like a freestyle. I’m just a bit disappointed in him, I personally think the part of his statement where he said he would beat up Saeon shouldn’t be left alone. Well, if you look at it on the bright side, I think this whole thing has helped Saeon.’

Personally, I think Wiz Kid success is over clouding his judgement.

Possible New Beyoncé Album On The Way

A tracklist began circulating online earlier today for a possible follow up to Beyoncé's self-titled 2013 LP. Titled Beyoncé Vol. 2 , the project appears to be a re-release of the latter, featuring all of the original volume's songs plus an additional eleven tracks.

Print at the bottom of the leaked document seems to imply that the new release will be available in a four-disc format, including three DVDs loaded with music videos, live performances, and footage from the "On The Run" tour with Jay-Z.

Several sources have begun to question the validity of the tracklist. The most obvious issue is that the release date stated for the physical release, November 25th, is actually a Tuesday, not a Monday as labeled. (The digital release is stated to hit iTunes on November 14th.)

Assuming the release is real, Beyoncé fans should have a lot to look forward to on the new album; Justin Timberlake , Rihanna , and Nicki Minaj are all revealed as collaborators on the new tracks. The "Flawless" remix featuring Minaj has already hit the web, and Rihanna and Bey were rumored to be working on a remix to "Blow" earlier this year, giving the leak some

legitimacy.

Murdered South African Goal Keeper Laid To Rest Amidst Tears –Photos

Murdered 27 year old Bafana Bafana captain Senzo Meyiwa was laid to rest in Durban on Saturday.

Thousands of people braved the rain to pay their last respects. While in excess of 20 000 people packed Durban’s Moses Mabhida stadium, several thousand more lined the streets of Durban along the route to his final resting place in Heroes Acre in the Chesterville cemetery.
