Revealed: Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are still legally married
As Lamar Odom fights for his life in a coma, it has emerged that he is still legally married to Khloe Kardashian.The former couple signed divorce papers in July, but in order for the divorce to be finalised, a judge would have had to sign the final judgement documents.
A representative for the Los Angeles Superior Court told Us Weekly on Wednesday that a judgement is yet to be entered into court, meaning that the divorce is not official.
TMZ also reports as Khloe is still legally Lamar's wife, she is making medical decisions on his behalf at the hospital.Khloe filed for divorce from Lamar in December 2013 after four years of marriage .It was claimed that the divorce case was in danger of being thrown out earlier this year if the former couple did not move forward with the legal process.
In July, they both signed the appropriate paperwork to end their marriage, with the judge’s signature the only thing left that they needed for the divorce to be made official.

Khloé is at mom Kris Jenner's home and trying to gather information. She is expected to fly to Las Vegas with Kris and Kim Kardashian later in the evening.Khloé is "not good" according to a source and is clinging to her family during this difficult time.

The former NBA star was discovered in his room at Dennis Hoff's Love Ranch South on Tuesday by a member of the staff following days of partying with girls and taking a herbal substitute for viagra.
Employees immediately called 911 and followed the emergency operator's instructions to put Odom on his side when he began spitting up liquid.
The prognosis does not look good for Odom,and his condition remains "critical".
