Over the years, we’ve seen DJ Exclusive emerge as the official DJ of E.M.E , DJ Caise for Chocolate City, DJ Consequence for Aristocrat Records and so on.

So NET dug a little and decided to unveil the official disc jockey of one of Africa’s fastest rising record labels, Mavin Records led by Don Jazzy.

Born Nonso Temisan Ajufo and boasting a B.Sc in Psychology from the University of Lagos as well as an MBA from Coventry University in the UK, DJ BIG N has always had an interest in music and comes from a family that loves and appreciates music.

DJ BIG N, a premium DJ as many love to call him, who is also known as the ‘ Turntable magician,’ has played for some of the elites in Nigeria. He was the official DJ for 2Face idibia’s traditional wedding in Akwa Ibom, and also shared the stage with DJ Jimmy Jatt at the White wedding in Dubai.

He was also the official DJ for the Miss Nigeria Pageant last year and The Miss Elite Nigeria Pageant as well. He was the official DJ for the MTN Corporate Elite 2013 which featured veteran artistes such as Billy Ocean, Maxi Priest, Kool and the Gang, Tevin Campbell, Sisqo etc and was also the official DJ for the Nigerian Centenary Celebrations that took place in Abuja last year.

In 2014, DJ Big N was appointed as Mavin star, Dr. Sid’s official DJ and a couple of months after, he became the official DJ for the record label. He has since released several Mavin themed mixtapes like ‘ Mavin All Stars Mixtape , ‘ Mavin Mixtape ’, ‘Surulere mixtape volume 1’ and several others.

MC. Galaxy made his first attempt at singing when he featured Davido on his debut single, ‘ Sekem‘ in March 2014. Since then, his career has grown in leaps and bounds, he’s headlined several shows and concerts, he’s gone on international tours and is currently on a campaign tour with the PDP in the south-south region.

50 Cent Comments On Lil Wayne & Birdman Beef

50 Cent feels that Lil Wayne and Birdman are too much like family to let label Drama ruin their relationship.

50 Cent has an opinion on just about everything, and usually it's as controversial and troll-like as humanly possible, however, his thoughts on Lil Wayne and Birdman 's current issues were uncharacteristically level-headed for Fif.

The rapper explained to MTV News that due to their relationship, the conflict is much like a familial one, and he feels that it will eventually end in forgiveness.

“I think it’ll work itself out,” said 50. “I hate when personal things become public, because everyone speculates on things that they don’t really know about. I just know that they had a father and son relationship, and that could easily be something they communicate between the two of then, and resolve instead of having everybody else involved in it.”

The rapper also advised that artists not take sides in this type of dispute, because they may find themselves left behind in the end. "Be careful of the things that you say... They may not forgive you," he shared.

Kanye's Adidas Yeezy 750 Boost, which released last weekend with a $350 price tag, is already on the secondary market for more than 4x the retail price. It's like I'm taking crazy pills.

Nicki Minaj mourns death of crew member

Two men who were working with Nicki Minaj on her upcoming tour were stabbed outside a bar in Philly. One has died while the other is in critical condition.

Nicki Minaj delivered some sad news to her fans this afternoon. De'Von Pickett and Eric Parker, who had flown to Philadelphia to assist Nicki Minaj with her tour rehearsals, were both stabbed outside of a bar in the city last night.
Pickett died from his wounds, while Parker is still in critical condition.

According to Nicki's post on Instagram, the two men had been in town for the tour for two days before the attack. She described the event as "Another senseless act of violence that took the life of a great guy. So sad."

"#Rp @myfabolouslife - these guys flew into Philly for my tour rehearsals 2 days ago and were both stabbed last night. #RIPDAYDAY
condolences to your family. Unbelievable. Eric (on the right) is recovering. Another senseless

Fabolous has also expressed his condolences for Pickett, and extended prayers for Parker. The rapper explained that he had worked extensively with both men in the past, and described them both as hard-working and loyal.

"My heart is heavy right now... God opened my eyes this morning at 9:49am. For some reason at that time I woke up thinking about both of these guys. They both work with me, but I couldn't figure out why they were in my mind at 1st wake up. Wasn't sure if I had a dream &

Drake’s New Mixtape Breaks Record

Drake's surprise mixtape broke the Spotify record for most album streams in its opening week.

If you’re reading this, then its not too late to find out that Drake broke another record for his surprise project last week. After selling a whopping 497,602 units in the opening week, it’s now being reported that Drake broke a Spotify record for most album streams
as well. 

Doing 17.3 million streams within a 3- day span, this feat set the record for the most streams for an album in its debut week in the U.S. But wait, there’s more. The project also broke the record for most streams in a day for an album as well, doing 6.8 million streams on Saturday, February 14th.

However, this isn’t Drizzy first go around with a record-setting album. Back in 2013, Nothing Was the Same received the same accolade as above with 15.8 million streams the week it opened, meaning Drake just broke his own record.

I DON’T BELIEVE IN JESUS CHRIST ANYMORE—MZBEL

Top Ghanaian female singer, Belinda Ekua Amoah better known as Mzbel, in an interview on a Ghanaian a television show, revealed that she is no longer a Christian because she does not believe that Jesus exists.

The singer, while making the Christian faith, but that after making some researches, she got to the conclusion that she does not think Jesus Christ is the Messiah as being preached in the religion.

In her words, "I don’t want to offend anybody, I used to believe in Him, but according to my own research, I think He was made up, I might be wrong, but I think He was made up, I don’t know if Jesus is the Messiah."

She said while she was still practicing the faith, she once prayed in her room until the room was filled with smoke, which got her scared and made her to call her pastor, who told her that God was present in the room with her and not witches as thought.

"I actually prayed in my room one time, until it my room was filled with smoke, I called my pastor and told him that there were witches in my home and he told me that the presence of God was with me but now I won’t believe in it any-more," she said.

Wiz Khalifa is reportedly working towards a claim that Amber Rose is an irresponsible parent in an effort to be granted more custody of their son, Sebastian.

Yesterday, things got dramatic when Khloe Kardashian decided to call Amber Rose out on her comments regarding Tyga and Kylie Jenner's relationship. Amber criticized Tyga for leaving his wife and child, and dating a 17-year-old, which made Khloe decided to hop on Twitter and defend her half-sister, Kylie. From there things only got crazier, with insults being thrown back and forth.However, one detail that went a little more under-the-radar was Amber's ex, WizKhalifa , deciding to follow Khloe amongst the chaos.

Tension has been high between Wiz and Amber since they decided to call it quits last year, and their son, Sebastian (or Bash), has often been at the center of it. A new report from TMZ now claims that Wiz is currently building a case against Amber in order to get more time with his boy. The tip lists a few key points that Khalifa will be using to argue that Amber is not a responsible parent.

The document obtained by TMZ claims that Amber often "stays out all night", has a "volatile" relationship with her mother, and (for real) owns a dog that eats its feces and subsequently licks
the kid's face.

Charles Novia comments on the M.I Abaga – Etcetera saga

Nollywood actor cum social commentator, Charles Novia has weighed in on the recent brouhaha between Chocolate City rapper, M.I Abaga and musician cum writer Etcetera.

On Saturday, Etcetera’s article which referred to some of Nigeria’s showbiz stars as ‘ Political prostitutes’ surfaced. M.I Abaga didn’t take being labelled a political prostitute lightly and went hard on Etcetera in a series of tweets,
