Just four months after the birth of her daughter North West, Kim Kardashian has snapped back to her pre-baby body.

After suffering intense media scrutiny during her pregnancy, the reality TV starlet has been photographed around the world flaunting her curves, leaving critics wondering, “How exactly did she lose all that weight?”

Kardashian took to Twitter this weekend to reveal the secret to her weight loss success.
 

“I’ve actually been doing the Atkins diet & luv it,” she tweeted to a fan on Sunday.
 

Highly popular in the early 2000s, the Atkins Diet has been attacked by critics questioning its heart healthiness. Under the low carb, high protein plan, past dieters have replaced starchy carbs with foods high in fat and cholesterol.  Despite these claims, Kardashian, a former spokeswoman for the controversial QuickTrim diet system, stands by the strict Atkins routine.
 

“Kim Kardashian wanted a balanced and effective way to lose weight following her pregnancy and she chose Atkins,” Colette Heimowitz, Vice President of Nutrition for Atkins Nutritionals, Inc., told ABC News in a statement. “he ate lots of lean proteins, veggies, fruits, and healthy fats like avocado and nuts. She experienced previous success on the plan, and knew she needed something that works.”
 

Along with dieting, Kardashian has been spotted working out with her famous beau Kanye West. Most recently, the pair attended an intense Barry’s Bootcamp session early Friday in Sherman Oaks, Calif.

Couples Trapped In Sex Position

A couple experimenting with a séxual position from the Kama Sutra was rushed to hospital after they became stuck to each other.

Valentina Sokolov, age 51, had been given a copy of the classic séx book for her 50th birthday. She and husband Ivan, age 56, decided to get kinky and practice one of the positions. They aimed for the stars and chose the Indrani or "deck chair" position. This complicated position involves "the woman drawing up her knees so her feet are jammed under her partner's armpits."

Things were going great for the couple until Valentina started to climax, triggering a muscle spasm that trapped Ivan inside her. The couple tried unsuccessfully to separate themselves for two hours. Finally they called an ambulance.

A medic sent to help the couple found the situation wildly amusing. He said, "We couldn't help laughing looking at them. The two lovers, who were not young at all, were in such a complicated position!"

The couple was taken to the hospital where they were separated. Ivan was so embarrassed he immediately ran out of the hospital. Valentina required surgery and made a full recovery.

An Emeritus Professor of Transport Planning and Development, Michael Filani, died on Sunday while watching the Nigeria/Ethiopia World Cup qualifying match.

The deceased, who was a former deputy vice-chancellor of the University of Ibadan (UI), slumped and died while watching the match at his Oluyole Extension home in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.

Asuu Update: Market Women Protest ASUU Strike At N-Assembly

It seems its not just the students that are affected by the ASUU strike as protesting traders, under the aegis of National Market Women Association, Monday, stormed the National Assembly, demanding that the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, call off its more than three months old strike.

The protesters, who had been at the Ministry of Education and Office of the Head of Service, arrived the Assembly complex at 11.30a.m.
The President-General of the group, Mrs Felicia Sani, who led the more than 200 protesting women, said: “We are tired of seeing our children at home. We want our children back in school. Enough of this cheap blackmail.
“We all know what they do with our year-one daughters in the university. We equally know that they sell handouts and handbooks.
“Is this not worse than corruption of the highest order?”
The President-General of the group, Mrs Felicia Sani when asked why she did not criticize the Federal Government for failing to reach an agreement with ASUU said: “Which agreement? How do you expect lecturers in state universities to earn same salaries as Federal ones? That is impossible.
“We are not educated, but you do not expect a hotel in my village to cost same price as a hotel in Abuja.

“They are located in different places. So how can a state university lecturer earn same salary with his federal counterpart?

“We are begging them for the last time. If we come out again we may have to chase them out of this country and replace them with so many jobless Nigerians.”

Sex show owner arrested because of Rihanna's Visit

Thai authorities said Monday they had arrested the owner of a sex show visited by pop icon Rihanna
the latest crackdown inadvertently triggered by the singer’s tweets.

The bar owner on the island of Phuket has been charged in connection with the lewd performance, local district chief Veera Kerdsirimongkol told AFP, following an operation involving undercover officials.

“It was the result of the visit by Rihanna. The authorities will be more strict towards inappropriate shows or wildlife attractions,” he said.

Thi is what Rihanna tweeted :

“Either I was phuck wasted lastnight, or I saw a Thai woman pull a live bird,2 turtles,razors,shoot darts and ping pong, all out of her pu$$y,”
 she wrote in a message in September to her more than 32 million followers on Twitter.

Suicide Bombers Die In Failed Plot At Ethiopia/Nigeria Football Match

Two Somali suicide bombers who had planned to kill soccer fans during Ethiopia’s World Cup qualifying match against Nigeria on Sunday blew themselves up accidentally before carrying out the attack, the Ethiopian government said on Monday.

The explosion on Sunday happened in the upscale Bole district of the capital, about 5 km (3 miles) from Addis Ababa Stadium where thousands of fans were gathering for the match.

“They were Somali nationals and plotted to carry out a suicide attack disguised as fans on either the stadium or areas where large crowds gathered to watch the game,” government spokesman Shimeles Kemal said.

Explosives, arms, hand grenades and football shirts were found at the scene of the blast, at a residential address an hour before kick-off, Shimeles said. Three suspects were detained. The Bole district has a small Somali refugee community.

“Heavy police presence must have caused their nervousness and state of agitation which led to the detonation that caused their own death,” Shimeles said.

There was no immediate claim of responsibility.

Somalia’s al Shabaab Islamist rebels have vowed to exact revenge on Ethiopia for sending troops to Somalia to fight the al Qaeda-linked militants, alongside African Union forces from Uganda, Burundi and Kenya.

Ethiopia says it has thwarted attacks over the past two years which it has blamed on domestic rebel groups as well as the Somali insurgents.

However, it has so far been spared the sorts of attacks carried out in nearby countries – such as the siege at the Nairobi mall last month and an attack on football fans in Uganda in 2010.

‘I don’t have a child yet’ – D’banj denies baby daddy rumours

Weeks ago, a report was published on a blog , claiming that an unidentified woman has already given birth to a child for D’banj. The blog suggested D’banj welcomed his first child with an unidentified woman sometime ago; citing five women as potential baby mamas on the story’s leading photo. Photos of Nadia Buari and Genevieve Nnaji (both rumoured to have dated D’banj) and three other women were inserted into the picture, with the author asking readers to guess who the baby mama is.

However, i have not been able to confirm the authenticity of the news. I  learnt that the report might be tied to D’banj’s former label partner Don Jazzy. Interestingly, sources tell us Truspot’s Ike Orizu who’s Don Jazzy’s friend founded Famzin.com about two months ago. We are told D’banj and his team aren’t happy with the story and the authors too.

‘Everybody has got their sources that’s all I can say. You should ask D’banj and find out what he’d say to you‘, Orizu told NET when we reached him on telephone.

 

A rep for the Pop star however denies the news. ‘It’s a lie’, a young man who represented D’banj’s manager Tony Nwakolor told a reporter over the telephone. When NET eventually confronted D’banj for a confirmation or denial, after joking for a while, the pop star finally answered, ‘I do not have a child, so it is capital NO’.

At the end of the day though, if they don’t support me, I guess it’s just between me and my God then. And, my God is one who makes a way where it seems to be no way.

I think that Clarence Peters and Don Jazzy are really hot. I like the kind of guy that talks less but does more. If you apply that in bed, hmmm, it’s really sexy. I love surprises, in and out of bed. I want to be ‘wow’-ed. I want the guy to make me wander (laughs)

My daughter is thirteen years old and well- trained. Schools in Europe teach s*x education. They teach them what to do as a teenager and they also teach them what not to do. Married life is like another school. I am learning how to love, how to forgive; how to share, how to care for and make love to someone who is imperfect, knowing fully well that you are not perfect yourself. I’m learning a lot. I’m also learning self control, forgiveness and faithfulness. It’s a big learning time for me. I just want to say that I thank God for my husband. He is my superman.Since you got married last year, you’ve moved to Holland with your family.

*How has it been living there and what do you miss most about Nigeria?
Life in Holland is great. Apart from marrying a millionaire, the government has really made life easy for us here. So, honestly, I can say that I miss nothing about living back in Nigeria.
