The Ibadan Electric Distribution Company (IBEDC) posted a photo tortoise attached to a power pole with red cloth, believed to scare away anyone attempting to disconnect the residents power supply. The photo was captioned; “Lol, some Nigerians will do anything to avoid paying bills. As seen in Oyo state. Have a great week!”
