Chris Brown has finally given his upcoming "X" album a release date. The "Fine China" singer has just taken to his Twitter page to reveal that the highly-anticipated new record is now set to arrive on November 19. "X", which serves as the follow-up to Brown's 2012 release "Fortune", was originally scheduled to be released over the summer. In a recent interview, Brown explained that by pushing back the release date, "[he'd] have a chance to put out more music and people would get a chance to hear more of the stuff that's gonna be on the album."-->
